It is claimed that one of the biggest problems in the globalization process, is the “global skilling crisis” with acute effect on people as well as companies. But what is this skilling crisis all about, how severe is it, and how can it be solved?

AI AND AUTOMATION KILLS A LOT OF JOB

Besides the 70 million young people already unemployed in the world, over 75 million jobs are expected to disappear during Globalization 4.0 and its transition from people to machines and algorithms in the next few years.

AI AND AUTOMATION ALSO MEANS THAT A LOT OF JOBS ARE CREATED

And, yes, more than 130 million jobs are also expected to be added in areas where there is not enough competence today, especially in technical, but also a lot of “human” professions — where more than half of the people in the world will need reskilling of 1–12 months.

THE RESKILLING CRISIS GETTING ACUTE

How do we help the former to learn the latter? Besides devastating concerns for individuals and families, the above reskilling crisis will have an acute effects on companies’ and countries’ economy — where 45% of employers can’t find candidates with the skills they need and 68% of CEOs see the skills gap as the biggest internal problem for companies ahead.

THE SKILLING MISSION DEVELOPING NOW

The analogue world has been known to prepare people for life, while not sufficiently preparing people for jobs. But like many other major world problems, such as in the climate crisis and distributed wealth, both the problems and the solution in skilling, are to be found in modern digital technology.

AIAR offers this solution and its mission is to use its world-leading mobile technology within AI, Blockchain and Gamification to deliver the most efficient, secure and fun learning to solve the skills gap problems in the world.

THE EDUCATING MISSION TO COME

And then we so far only talked about the people that need to reskill, besides that, already today there are 260 million children around the world that do not have access to school, while the total market of education includes 2,5 billion people, an industry worth $6 trillion — twice as big as the car industry.

So, if you want to do well in your investments, and good for your society, we are 100% sure it is possible. So we can. And we will.

Cause we are daring to change the world.

Are you?
