Working Progress #3: Case design AGAIN!

Another update from our AIKEA team.
This last week we've been hard at work developing AIKEA's case!
Check out our prototyping team in deep discussion:

"Will the fan heat dissipate heat properly?"
"If we position the hole here, will it affect the fit?"

Though our initial prototype on Kickstarter was developed by the team in-house, after the fundraising, we purchased various high quality RPi 4 cases found in the market, to reverse engineer a custom face-plate to meet the sizing requirements and design aesthetic of AIKEA.

In particular, some debate was made about whether we should keep our simple cover design or add more practical holes for air flow.

Unable to decide, our development team decided to let hard numbers do the talking. If the stress tests' thermal results next week do well with just the side vents, we'll keep the minimalist design. Otherwise, we'll come up with some hole patterns that hopefully won't take away too much from our clean aesthetic!
