Everyone Is A Leader Here

Yes, it’s true, in our own little ways.

Being a leader does not always require a huge amount of power, the kind that is perceived nowadays. If you’re not ruling a whole country, you are not a “leader”. Well, guess what? You can be your own little community’s leader, whether at work or at home. Simply being great at one thing that others aren’t good at, means you can “lead” them through it and help them learn something new.

At the Aimee office, we are all leaders in our own unique ways. Apart from work, and how each one of us excels in their own profession, we have our little “leadership” qualities in fun ways too. And they all teach you a thing or two.

Stephanie the “Tea” Leader

She has a bag of tea for every single “emotion/ache” you might have. Tea for your cough, cold, “women issues”, sleeping disorders… You name it, Steph’s got it.

She teaches you that there is a solution for everything, just relax.

Sara the “No Sugar Added” Leader

If you are ever offered a snack or a piece of chocolate from Sara, you can be certain that it’s sugar-free, and is in no way fatty or unhealthy.

She helps you notice what’s good for your body and what’s not.

John Abi Farah the “Piece of Advice” Leader

Anything, and I mean anything, that is bothering you and needs a quick honest solution, John’s your man. He will give you a small piece of advice that’ll help you out for now and later.

He ideally brightens up tangled thoughts in your mind.

Rony the “Fastest Jokes” Leader

Pick a word and say it to Rony, he will turn it into any sort of witty and fast joke. You’d be surprised how quick he is at this.

He shows you that no matter how stressful your day might be, being funny about it can make things feel better, even for a little while.

Tatyana the “No-filters” Leader (myself)

You know when someone is telling you things you can’t really comprehend, and you really want to comment on it, but you don’t? Well I do, and I don’t mean to sound rude, I just can’t keep my opinions, thoughts and ideas to myself.

I guess, I’d be showing the rest that being honest and genuine makes you and others feel more comfortable.

Nicholas the “Kill the Vibe” Leader

Not to sound negative about Nick, he’s a great guy, but when it comes to bursting someone’s bubble or moment, he’s an expert at it. You could be running to him with the biggest most excited smile ever, and get slapped in the face with his poker face, along with a “good for you” comment.

He snaps you back to reality, he helps you see the pros and cons of any situation.

John the “Fitness and Health” Leader

John is the health freak, because he wants to stay fit, can you blame him? He has carrots as a snack every day, and he’d love it if you shared it with him. He actually encourages others to be as healthy as he is and scolds those who aren’t. “Health leader” much?

He makes you think twice about working out more often and eating right, because they do compliment one another.

Firas the “Advice on which movie/series to watch” Leader

Firas has an on-going list for any T.V. series or movie you’d like to watch. He can rate them for you, and give you a brief review as well.

He can seriously lead you through the subliminal messages behind anything you’ve watched; seeing the deeper side of things.

And Doctor Tony, “Our” Leader

He is the leader above all “mini-leaders” at the office.

Doctor Tony is the one who makes sure we are on the right track, on all levels.

You see, each one of us is a leader in their own way. At the end of the day, we all need each other to learn from one another, because it is very true that doing things in groups brings out better outcomes than working alone.
