If we’re going to spend eight or more hours a day at work, it might as well be fulfilling and enjoyable. At our office, it definitely is.

We are located very far from city life and traffic, so at any moment of the day we can get up and have a walk in the calm and green outdoor. Most of our team meetings take place under the sun with the sound of the chirping birds. Our neighbors are very friendly, we actually share the same kitchen with another company.

Stepping inside the office, you will feel at home; cubicles do not exist, there are two large wooden tables that we sit around with our laptops, and there are 3 different types of couches to chill on when that swivel chair gets tiring. Most of the time, each one of us is zoned out, staring at their screens, with their earphones on. Other times, we need to talk to one another as we get minor things done. Very comfortable environment.

Do we all get along? Yes. Are we alike? Not at all.

We are 12 people at the office; to describe each one of us with just a few words is quite hard, but it works.

Our CEO, Dr.Tony Feghali (AKA Doc), is full of life and always opens our eyes on the wider perspective of things, his famous word is “Focus”. To start off, we have the creative part of this office. Stephanie Baddour, she’s the Marketing Manager, her sweet words can get you to do anything happily; she’s the one who knows how to get things done without bothering anyone. Despite her responsible quality, she drops anything she gets her hands on. Sara, the fun sweet one, she’s our Marketing Officer; she makes sure things have been finalized properly, with a very democratic way to get everyone’s consent on everything. She sure is creative with her thousand pair of shoes. As for the Creative Content Team, it consists of John Abi Farah and Tatyana C (me); a combination of John’s systematic mind and eye for detail, and Tatyana’s fun bubbly livelihood brings out some pretty creative content. Sometimes they click perfectly, other times it’s a no-no. Rony, he’s the Digital Marketing Specialist, he’s very patient and can sit for hours just to get things done perfectly. He never fails to create a joke about any word one might say. On this team, we also work with an army of freelance writers, each with their own very unique styles; Lama Miri, Maria with tea, and Nour Feghali.

As for the more serious side of the office, the masterminds. Nicholas, the Manager of the Developing team, he is the serious one that makes sure things are done on point. With a cigarette break every now and then, he ends up snapping a few jokes here and there. Dany, the Web Developer, he is perfect at what he does, and any single remark or change needed, he’s on it full on. Quite a multitasker. You want to hear some smart jokes, he’s your guy. John, our iOS Developer, is extremely calm with the right amount of eagerness to learn more in his field. Mind you, he’s the exact health freak to consult about fitness issues. As for our Web Developer, Firas, he works with full concentration on what he ‘s doing, pretty hard to distract him until the job is done. He’s probably the one with the wittiest jokes. Marwan, the Android Developer, we bet you’d never find any mistakes when he’s done with the job. He’s the most sarcastic person in the office, just a few words from him and we’re all laughing out loud. Rawad, the Web Designer, the creative yet technical one, he has that jolly personality as he puts in his opinion about something that needs to be changed. He’s the light joker at the office.

Let’s not forget Ginger, the office’s fox-like dog that actually found us herself. She is the one that keeps the atmosphere happier. Whenever any of us is too serious about things, there’s Ginger with her playful personality to make sure you take things a little more lightly.

At the end of the day, you do spend most of your time at work, in that office, with those colleagues, so you’d be truly lucky if that place is a comfortable one. At our office, the stress of work is lessened because of how we all are with one another.
