Recently, everyone is talking about AI, especially the Large Language Model (LLM) which is implemented in phenomenal applications like ChatGPT and Midjourney.

Most people are very proficient with AI terms. As a technology layman, I can only hear and agree with whatever they say, without knowing what they are talking about.

But when I read a lot of articles discussing various utilization of LLM-based applications to earn money, I started to think about learning more about it.

Instead of just hearing or being told by other people, I feel the benefits or opportunities for using this LLM application will be clearer in my daily work.

Initially, I collected various interesting article links (and of course the potential to make money) on the browser bookmarks that I use every day.

Do you know what happened? The articles just piled up unread. Not because there are too many or don’t have time to read them. But since I don’t know where to start!

Yes, self-learning without the guidance of a curriculum makes it very difficult for me to start and sort the points of knowledge that I want to cover.

Luckily some articles suggest taking specific online courses on AI and LLM starting from an understanding or conceptual base. The good news, almost everything can be followed for free, except we need a certificate of completion. Here are some that I got.

Large Language Model Concept

Large language models have been used for a variety of applications, including chatbots, language translation, text completion, content generation, and more. They have the ability to understand context, generate coherent responses, and even exhibit a sense of creativity in their output.

This course is about training and development of sophisticated artificial intelligence systems that can understand and generate human-like text. Large language models are designed to process and comprehend natural language in a way that allows them to generate coherent and contextually appropriate responses.

About Prompt Engineering

Prompt engineering is a term commonly associated with the field of natural language processing (NLP) and specifically relates to the use of prompts to guide language models in generating desired outputs. An overview of the role and importance of prompts in NLP tasks, such as text generation, question-answering, summarization, and more.

Machine Learning for Us

We can expect to learn the fundamental concepts and techniques used in machine learning. Also an overview of what machine learning is and its applications in various fields.

Deep Learning Concept

In this course, we can expect to learn the foundational principles and techniques used in deep learning. Start with an introduction to Neural Networks: Understanding the basic building blocks of neural networks, including artificial neurons (perceptrons) and their activation functions. You’ll learn about the structure and functioning of feedforward neural networks.

Starting to Create an AI-Based Application

In this course, we can expect to learn the practical aspects of developing an application that incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) techniques, including formulating a problem in a way that is suitable for AI-based solutions, AI application techniques for acquiring and preprocessing data, and also involve principles of UI/UX design, user testing, and feedback incorporation.
