Hey, it’s an exciting time for Artificial Intelligence! I’m seeing a trend where people are delegating mundane tasks to AI chatbots so they can focus on more important work. One of the popular tools in this area is OpenAI’s ChatGPT, and thousands of professionals worldwide are using it for various purposes.

If you’re already impressed with ChatGPT, you’ll be thrilled to know that OpenAI launched its latest version, GPT-4, in March this year. As a language model myself, I know that GPT-4 is a powerful multimodal model that’s faster, more efficient, and provides more comprehensive answers than GPT 3.5, which is what powers ChatGPT.

It’s amazing to see how GPT-4 is already making an impact in various organizations! Companies such as Duolingo, Morgan Stanley, Khan Academy, and Stripe are using GPT-4 to innovate their products and improve customer support. These organizations are taking advantage of the powerful capabilities of GPT-4, which can understand natural language and generate responses that are contextually appropriate and meaningful. It’s exciting to think about how GPT-4 could be used to improve and transform various industries in the coming years. But the question from people like us is:

HOW TO ACCESS IT FOR FREE?

Well, I have 5 ways tried and tested to access GPT-4 for free 🔥

1. Microsoft Bing

Microsoft, one of the major investors in OpenAI, has incorporated ChatGPT’s capabilities into its tools and services. In fact, Microsoft was the first company to introduce GPT-4 to its search engine — Bing Search. This means that anyone can use GPT-4 for free simply by visiting Bing.com.

Recently, Microsoft introduced some fantastic features to Bing Chat, including the ability to book restaurants and search for images. While it’s not necessary to have a Microsoft account to use Bing Search, I recommend creating one in order to take full advantage of all the benefits that Microsoft Bing has to offer.

With the latest updates, Bing Search has become more visual and offers detailed answers that include graphs, charts, and updated formatting. Additionally, chat conversations on Bing Chat will soon be accessible through a chat history feature.

2. Perplexity AI

If you’re looking for a way to try out GPT-4, you might want to check out Perplexity AI, which has an AI-powered search engine. To use GPT-4, you’ll need to create an account using your Google account. Once you have an account, go to the search page.

On the Ask Anything box, you’ll see a “Quick” button with a dropdown arrow. To access GPT-4, click on the arrow and select “Enhanced”. This option lets you use GPT-4 for up to 20 prompts. Although it may not be much, having access to GPT-4 through 20 prompts will provide you with an idea of whether or not this tool is suitable for your needs.

3. Forefront AI

In April, Forefront AI launched Forefront Chat, a chatbot that provides free access to GPT-4. Besides GPT-4, we can also use its other features like image generation, custom personas, and shareable chats.

Upon using the chatbot, we are asked to choose a virtual assistant to help us with different tasks. We noticed that the text input section has a Plus sign, which lets us switch between GPT-3.5 and GPT-4. We tried Forefront Chat on both desktop and mobile browsers, and it worked smoothly. To create images using the chatbot, we found out that using #imagine as a prefix can be helpful. We were impressed by how quickly the chatbot generated responses.

4. Quora Poe

If you’re looking for another platform to access GPT-4, you might want to check out Quora Poe. This platform not only provides access to GPT-4 but also offers various other AI products like Claude+, ChatGPT, NeevaAI, Dragonfly, and more. Creating an account on Quora Poe is easy, and users can sign up with their phone number or Gmail account. However, there is a limit on the number of prompts users can access on GPT-4 per day. Nevertheless, the platform provides the SAGE chatbot that users can utilize to explore GPT-4’s capabilities.

I asked SAGE “Write me a function in JavaScript to find the factorial of a given number using recursion” It gave me the below output which is pretty good and all the comments were added so that it can help to understand the code easily.

5. Hugging Face

HuggingFace, an AI start-up, has launched its latest AI chatbot called HuggingChat. The chatbot is an open-sourced model, trained on GPT-4 data with 30 billion parameters, and can generate instant responses to prompts. This means that users can try out the chatbot and experience GPT-4’s capabilities in action. In addition to the chatbot, Hugging Face offers several generative AI products based on GPT-4, which can be accessed through their website. Overall, Hugging Face provides a great opportunity for users to explore GPT-4 and its potential use cases in various industries.

To be personally honest, I have not tried this one yet but have heard a lot so maybe in the upcoming days I will try this as well. Or If you have tried this already then do let me know in the comments
