How I Boosted My Affiliate Traffic With The Help Of AI (Simple Yet Effective)

I get on my laptop excited to see if I have made any affiliate sales.
Only to see “0 Clicks”.
Not only did I not make a single sale but I couldn’t even get someone to click on my offer.
“I knew it was a scam”
I thought to myself.
Not knowing that I was making a ton of mistakes.

My Mistakes
I know now that it wasn’t because affiliate marketing was a scam,
It was simply because my traffic strategy was absolute TRASH.
Guess what I did to get traffic to my offer?
I posted zero-value, zero-interest Twitter posts.
I mean look at that.
Would you click on that link?
I know I wouldn’t.
But this was me a year ago, so I don’t blame myself.
Especially with all the trash I watch on YouTube about…
“Best traffic source in 2023 (Get thousands of visitors in just 1 day)”
The other mistake I was making was promoting on Twitter as a beginner.
Let me tell you that promoting your affiliate offers as a beginner on X (Twitter) is a big NO.
What Did I Do Next?
I decided to do the opposite of what gurus told me to do.
That is the solution.
That is how you are going to increase your traffic.
A bunch of gurus told me to create Pinterest pins for traffic.
What did I do?
I did the exact opposite.
I create informative product review articles.
Guess which one was bringing me more traffic?
Well, it wasn’t creating Pinterest pins that's for sure.
Let me explain why this works.
Let’s say a big YouTube guru shares his secret to traffic strategy.
BOOM *239k Views
Everyone is doing it now.
The competition is high, if you start doing it the chances of you getting seen are very low.
Don’t follow the crowd.
If there is a ton of people doing a specific traffic strategy.
Do something else where there isn’t a ton of people doing the same.
Be Unique
Okay, so I started doing a traffic strategy that has low competition.
What is next?
Here is where AI comes into play.
I said earlier that I wrote product reviews to gain traffic.
I did see more people clicking on my links, but I still saw no sales.
I compared my article to another person doing the same thing.
The difference?
One was unique and provided value to the readers.
And the other one was overall very bland.
Mine was the very bland one.
So I got to thinking and this was when ChatGPT was very big.
I decided to use ChatGPT to help me.
First,
I thought to myself what can I do to be unique?
*a light bulb went off*
“What if I wrote as if I was a wizard”
I got straight to work.
I asked ChatGPT to create 10 usernames related to both wizards and software reviews.
I picked one and then asked the AI to create a bio.
See how I told it to write as it was a wizard writing it.
The idea is to write in a unique style, so I can stand out more from others doing the same thing.
I then create a simple profile picture design on Canva.
Being unique is done.
Now I just needed to add value.
This was a simple step.
I just gave ChatGPT information about the product and it gave me valuable content.
Back then I used to just write what the software was about and just added the affiliate link.
But ChatGPT added even more.

→ How it works.
→ The Benefits
→ Pricing
→ Testimonials
But I remember to always tell ChatGPT to write it as if It was a wizard writing it.
I started with the title that ChatGPT gave me.
Then added the information on the product.
Added a few images.
And finally at the end added a call to action to my affiliate offer.
The first article was completed.
After some days, I saw that I was getting clicks and one day I woke up to see I made 3 sales.
I was the happiest man at that moment.
I continued to write more articles with a similar format and the rest is history.
To Wrap It Up…
Being unique is key to getting more traffic to your offers.
Don’t follow the crowd.
if a ton of people are doing one thing you should do the other.
Remember to add value to your content so that the reader starts creating a desire to buy the product.
Also, remember to be patient I had to wait like 2 and a half weeks before I made those 3 sales.
