As an AI tool, ChatGPT has gained a lot of attention over the past few months for its remarkable ability to write emails, blogs, codes, and more. However, there are other AI tools that use the same GPT-3.5/GPT-4 model and offer advanced features, and customization options, and cater to specific use cases. As the author of this article, Opia Austin, I will introduce you to four AI tools that can be considered better than ChatGPT.

  1. Auto-GPT: Auto-GPT is an AI tool that can help automate ChatGPT by allowing users to build autonomous AI agents that can complete tasks using GPT-4. It only needs a role and a few goals to produce every prompt necessary to complete a task. With AutoGPT, users can search the internet, gather information, interact with files, and do many other things. You can install Auto-GPT locally on your computer if you have coding experience or use AgentGPT in your browser to create autonomous AI agents.
  2. Playground: Playground is an OpenAI tool that allows users to experiment with and explore the capabilities of various AI models. Unlike ChatGPT, Playground offers several parameters that allow users to control OpenAI’s models further. These parameters include temperature, max_token, Top p, Frequency penalty, and Presence penalty. You can also use the ChatGPT API to control these parameters if you have coding experience.
  3. Jasper: Jasper is an AI tool designed for business use cases like marketing and sales. Unlike ChatGPT, which has a generic use, Jasper tailors the language to specific use cases, making its output more relevant to businesses and their customers. With Jasper, you can write copy & content, generate content quickly, brainstorm new ideas, and write better everywhere.
  4. Quillbot: Quillbot is a paraphraser tool that lets users rewrite any phrase they took from the internet. One of its key features is the ability to adjust how much vocabulary change you want and manually select a synonym for any word you want. It also has different modes, such as fluency, formal, sample, creative, expand, and shorter. Quillbot has other features such as freeze words, grammar checker, plagiarism checker, summarizer, and citation generator.
