We believe spatial design is at a turning point. Architects have to create future cities, invent new approaches and still rely on best practices of the world urban planning. Modern projects must meet the demands of sustainability, inclusion, diversity, safety, and heritage protection. So being an architect no longer means sitting in an office and drawing with CAD tools — it’s more about being a visionary, a data analyst, a project manager, and a remote team leader.

To respond to these challenges, we launched Aino, a data-driven platform for collaborative work on spatial design. It is a Miro for architects, narrow experts, local communities, and authorities — so that they can create concepts of new cities together.

What is Aino good for?

Remote Collaboration

Distant work often lacks speed and creativity. It’s also fraught with errors ** and delays to send thousands of files with corrections. Messengers are not enough for such complex content, and IT version control systems are not applicable. Aino’s mission is to let people from different corners of the world search best solutions together in a united virtual space.

AI data analysis

Aino knows a lot about cities. Aino’s AI assistant trained on geospatial, environmental and socio-demographical data allows you to make decisions faster and more efficiently, and AI algorithms will evaluate your solutions from the ESG point of view. The Aino collection is constantly being updated.

Storytelling and presentation

Project teams spend 30% of their time designing and proofreading multipage presentation albums that no one eventually read. In the era of AI and Web 3.0, it’s odd to print such “Talmuds” as it doesn’t meet the sustainability requirements. Aino provides intuitive tools to create straightforward storytelling out of your project.

Aino is a virtual environment for collaborative work on urban projects of any scale and complexity. Draw concepts, analyze data, invite experts to approve your solutions and create coherent narratives to present your project to the community.
