As the hot sultry weather of the July summer reaches its peak, the AIPE project continues to focus on its key objectives.
We’ve made good progress this month as we established vital relationships and played our part to promote the AI community.
AI Deep Reward 101 Bootcamp
CosmicBC sponsored the much-anticipated AI Deep Reward 101 Bootcamp within the company’s lounge.
The first session covered the fundamental algorithms of RL (Reinforcement Learning), which involved the three separate branches of DP (Dynamic Programming), MC (Monte Carlo) methods, and TD (Temporal Difference) learning.
The second session saw the seminar trying to apply an agent to Deep RL through popular real-time strategy game StarCraft2.
More than 80% of the participants surveyed answered that they will attend the next AI Deep Reward Bootcamp, with more than half of the participants saying that this study was worth it since it especially helped them with their studies in AI.

AIPE also worked up a strategic partnership with Data Break — a Korean data science offline meet-up platform. Through this alliance, we expect to support more data analysis studies and boot camps.
AIPE Project Updates
1)Margin Exchange Solution
Keeping a keen eye in accordance to our roadmap schedule, we have come up with a margin exchange solution to meet our project goals.
The margin exchange protocol is currently undergoing rigorous testing to meet our expected requirements.
The exchange is built to provide access to margin and leverage trading, providing access to both long and short positions.
So what makes our margin exchange solution special?
If you ever accessed BitMEX, the most common sentiment that most of you might have would be that you are confused about the UI. Through an analysis of Google search data, we found out that most users believe that trading within the exchange is “hard” and “complicated”.
Nonetheless, hardcore traders that use BitMEX are motivated to use it despite its many inconveniences — primarily because of its reputation as the only trusted margin exchange. Thus, this has become the standard format of the margin exchange interface.
This might not present an issue to seasoned traders that are used to such user interfaces, but it serves as a problem to rookie traders; creating a barrier-to-entry.
AIPE’s goal in creating its margin exchange solution is to make it user-friendly to help trading rookies. Through the means of helpful guides and tooltips, we provide useful information to aid them in their trades.
To facilitate their trades, these rookies often need to abide by a complicated and time-consuming process. They are often required to visit 3rd-party websites that provide margin exchange information (such as top-ranked trader’s info, their long and short ratio, etc.) before returning to the exchange to trade. The accuracy of the information provided by such websites notwithstanding, this process makes trading for beginners very daunting and tedious.
In this regard, we are not only following or mimicking existing margin exchanges such as BitMEX to build our margin exchange solution, but also updating and improving existing models to provide our users with a unique advantage.
2) New Service
During our last monthly report, we shared team meeting pictures that show our behind-the-scenes planning for our new service that combines both 3PIKS and AI BitBip.
We are glad to announce that ‘CLUE’ is the name of our new service.
Under the slogan of ‘Your secret crypto agent, CLUE’, CLUE plays the role of an investigative agent for its users. As a one-stop-solution for all crypto-services, the application not only pushes crypto price, news and AI price prediction directly to its users as reports, but also comes in-built with a price prediction game.
