Hello community,

2021 has passed and the new year of 2022 has dawned. Airbloc announced in December 2021 that it would solidify its existing B2B business and at the same time launch the 'Airbloc B2C Data Alliance' to break down various limitations of the B2B business to diversify the project’s use-cases.

As previously explained, the 'Airbloc B2C Data Alliance' is an association of B2C application services that utilize ABL tokens. By collecting data generated from each B2C application on the existing data platform, it not only strengthens the competitiveness of the B2B business, but also increases transaction volume. Each application will have its own ABL token economy, such as distributing ABL to service users who participate and provide staking benefits.

We are taking the first step to successfully establish the 'Airbloc B2C Data Alliance' by developing ‘Eodigaji’ (formerly ‘Gajigaji’), which will become the standard for other B2C application services in the 'Airbloc B2C Data Alliance'.

With the rising trend of Web 3.0 services, Airbloc believes that DAS (Decentralized Autonomous Service) platforms using tokens such as 'Eodigaji' is the future direction of all online services as it returns true value to participating users. Should the ‘Eodigaji’ service be widely adopted across various target consumer groups, the utilization of ABL tokens in the token economy will increase - hence furthering the practical use cases of ABL tokens.

In addition, Airbloc will continue to put efforts into the existing B2B-based data business to democratize data usage and access. The existing 'personal consent management system' and 'intercompany data exchange system' will be further expanded to increase corporate utility, and additionally, data generated from the 'Airbloc B2C Data Alliance' is expected to boost the B2B-based data business.

With this vision, Airbloc has established a roadmap for 2022 as follows.

Q1 2022

  1. The focus will be on the user experience aspect focusing on the core essence of the service and activation of a token economy for ABL tokens.

Throughout 2022, we will continue to create products and businesses that provide true value to both general users and ABL token holders through the existing ‘B2B-based data business’, the new ‘Airbloc B2C Data Alliance’, and ‘Eodigaji’ service.
