Airblock Technologies Selected as Finalist in NASA’s iTech Ignite the Night Aeronautics Event

BOSTON, MA — Today, Airblock Technologies is pleased announce that it was selected as a Finalist to present at NASA’s iTech Ignite the Night Aeronautics event taking place on Tuesday, April 13 at 2:30 p.m. EST (11:30 a.m. PT). Airblock’s founders will present the company, mission, and technology to a panel of NASA chief technologists, engineers, scientists and executives.

Airblock has grown considerably within these first few months of 2021, which is a true testament to the team’s commitment to continuous excellence, determination, and innovation. Led by an incredible team and advisory board, Airblock is scaling to new heights this year and making considerable inroads across the aviation and aerospace industry.

NASA iTech Ignite the Night Aeronautics Program

As stated on the NASA website, the goal of NASA iTech is to “identify and search for cutting-edge technologies being developed outside of NASA that solve problems here on Earth but also have the potential to address the challenges facing exploration of the Moon and Mars.”

NASA iTech resides within the Space Technology Mission Directorate at the NASA HQ in Washington, DC and works closely with the National Institute of Aerospace, among other partners.
