Aire wins at the 2020 Product and Service Innovation awards

Our ‘out of the box’ product thinking at Aire secures the Data Usage and Analytics award at this year’s Product and Service Innovation Awards.

While the ceremonies themselves may currently be on hold, I was delighted to share news of our most recent award with the Product Organisation here at Aire last week.

Hosted by The Financial Services Forum, the Product and Service Innovation Awards aim to honour and celebrate out of the box thinking in innovation that stands to truly benefit the consumer.

We’re pleased to have won the ‘Data Usage and Analytics’ award, with the judges citing Aire to have ‘clearly identified a business/consumer need’ with initial results ‘demonstrating the value’. They also commented on our early FCA approval as ‘powerful’, showing that Aire ‘so clearly had a consumer benefit at its heart’.

With financial inclusion central to our mission of making credit equitable for everyone, we were particularly pleased to be highly commended in the ‘Financial Inclusion and Diversity’ category, losing out only to Starling Bank’s brilliant work on raising the standard of banking for small businesses.

Other category winners included Legal & General, TSB Bank and NS&I. Many congratulations to them and all those who were shortlisted.

A great accolade for Product at Aire — I’m always proud to see the tremendous efforts of our team recognised by awards such as these.
