At Airim, we are striving hard to make your FAQs much more personalized, searchable and actionable for your customers, even more than they were built out to be.

With over two million interactions on our widget per day, our algorithms have now got a fair idea of what works in helping customers and what does not.

So we thought, why not pick up data from the most popular knowledge base software in the market, and enrich them with Airim insights.

As our first step, we have introduced one-click import with Zendesk, Intercom Educate and Freshdesk.

This means that if you have your knowledge base articles hosted in any of these three software products, you can import all your articles to your Airim content manager within seconds.

When you have reached your content manager, just click this big button called “Import FAQs”. You will now see four different ways to import all your FAQs from any URL in one click.

Just select your source, enter its URL and click IMPORT. In case of Zendesk, you will have to enter your API key as well.

It will only take seconds to populate your entire Content Manager, with no additional effort than a click.
