We noticed that companies using Airim were not able to use live chat. Similarly, companies using a live chat tool were not able to use Airim in the same position.

A natural solution to fix this problem was to allow both Airim and Live Chat to co-exist. Our UX experiments showed that customers preferred self-service first. Live Chat would be the last possible option when everything else fails.

Our engineers came up with a neat way to do this. You can now show Airim to your customers first, when they land up on their page. Let them get their answers by going through personalized FAQs or search the knowledge base. There is over 80% chance that their problems get resolved there itself.

If the customer still wants to chat with a human, they can click the chat icon and your live chat application will automatically open.
