BOOKINGS

  • To ensure your choice of the departure date, an advance reservation is recommended.

PAYMENTS

  • A deposit is required as a notification to hold reservations. Check your package for the deposit amount.
  • If the air is included in the Budget, payment of 100% of the air with deposit is required unless otherwise indicated. Full payment is due 60 days before your day of Exit unless otherwise indicated.
  • If the reservation is made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payment is accepted by check.
  • Credit card payments are accepted and may require 3% to 5% processing fee

PRICES:

  • Prices are based on the rates and rates in force on the date of the reservation and are subject to change without notice.

Condor Airlines Cancellation Policy :

  • Guests must notify Condor Tours and Travel of the trip cancellation. If no notification is received, the total cost of the guest will be charged
    trip.
  • If the entire trip is canceled less than 72 hours before departure, the guest is responsible for the total cost of the trip.
  • More than 72 hours,reimbursement will be made based on the reimbursements granted by travel agencies and hotels at the destination. The air is not refundable. All refunds will incur a 15% processing fee.

TRAVEL PROTECTION:

  • Travel protection is available through Condor Tours and Travel and is recommended for international travel. Claims are made directly With the insurance company.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

  • Air fares (unless otherwise indicated in the itinerary), passport and visa fees, vaccinations, excess baggage charges, all items of a personal nature, such as laundry, drinks, phone calls and cables, travel insurance and luggage, meals not mentioned in the itinerary, Tips and airport departure taxes are not included in the tour price.
  • If you buy air through Condor Tours & Travel,Then you should check with the airline for any additional fees, such as baggage fees, entry or exit fees, etc.
  • These rates are not included in your air.

REFUNDS / CHANGES:

  • No refunds will be allowed for lost services, scheduled booked visits, meals or any absence from the resort or resort Unused accommodations Two changes are allowed after the itinerary is finished without refund of any confirmed and prepaid payments services unless tourism agencies and hotels grant a refund at the destination.
  • More than 2 changes or changes made after The package has been finalized will incur a fee of $ 25 per person per change.

  • Condor Tours and Travel is not responsible for any tourist visits / tours purchased at the resort. Tips for tour guides are in Your discretion

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

  • CONDOR TOURS AND TRAVEL acts only as an agent for the provider with respect to travel, whether by plane, car, coach, boat or railway, and assumes no responsibility for injuries, damages, losses, accidents, delays or irregularities that may be caused by reasons of defect of any vehicle, act of war, revolt or other civil uprising, other military action, strikes or acts of God that occur either in the country of origin, destination or passage, or for any reason, or for the acts or breaches of any company or person engaged in tour arrangements.
  • CONDOR TOURS AND TRAVEL assumes no responsibility for losses or additional expenses. due to delays or changes in air schedules or any other cause.
  • All such losses or expenses will be the responsibility of tour member, since the rates provided are for arrangements only at the indicated time.
  • CONDOR TOURS and travel reservations The right to make small adjustments to the itinerary and cancel any route before departure. CONDOR TOURS AND TRAVEL does not assume any responsibility for damage or loss of luggage before, during or after the tour.
