For customers who cannot use the approved letter for the Vietnam visa due to objective reasons such as accidents, diseases, natural disasters, etc., the reimbursement will be a 50% fee or other application is free.

Evisa.com.vn cannot process refunds for credit card payments of more than 6 months. The credit cannot be applied to applications sent through other agencies or applications sent directly to the Consulates.

  • If you do not have a Traveloka account, you can register now.
  • Be sure to register with the email address or phone number you used to make your reservation.

Things to keep in mind:

  • The amount of the refund you receive may vary depending on the airline’s policy, the reason for your refund and the gap between the date of the refund request and the date of your departure.

  • Open refund procedure.
  • Go to the Airline Policy tab and select your airline.
