Built on a strong foundation of a classic ESB implementation, Airtel went ahead to build a futuristic digital enablement platform, that -

  • Empowers digital channels with unified customer view and fault tolerance via a robust presentation micro services layer over and above the core integration platform with built-in caching and resilience.
  • Ensures reliability and scalability of enterprise integrations by deploying federated, highly available instances of service and messaging bus; accompanied with end-to-end AI enabled monitoring capabilities with predictive analytics and cognitive capabilities.
  • Strengthens security and governance control by implementing API gateway for access controls, enterprise service repository for swift discovery and on-boarding.
  • Provides for velocity with a mature agile delivery model, accompanied with standard DevOps practices and automation.
