Everyone craves to be in the kind of love that would be understanding, patient and most importantly, undying. The kind that lets you be comfortable in your own skin while making you see the world in an all-new light. And ever so often, a couple like Anns and Ashish, prove that love is just that and much more. Here’s their journey from strangers to soulmates in their words:

The intention was to date, someone. Would it be serious? Would it be long term? It was yet to be decided. We became aware of Aisle thanks to the Facebook Ads and the profiles were created.

That is where Ashish saw my profile for the first time and decided to connect with me. Since I was a passive user on Aisle, our initial conversations began on Instagram. There were many conversations, which later moved to dates. Trust me, there were a lot of pizzas and hanging out and I think pizza brought us together!

We kept having silly Bombay-Delhi banters as he was born and raised in Delhi and I am a typical Bombay girl. It is still unbelievable that a casual conversation of “let’s get married” brought us here to this day that we are husband and wife and partners for life.

I think we are really blessed as everything fell into place like how we wanted; I honestly think we got more than what we thought. We think it was easier for us to connect with each other because our families were quite similar, we had similar values, and as an icing on the cake, we are both Malayalee Catholics.

Our parents were equally excited about our idea of getting married to each other. A year long planning, fam flying in from different places around the world, it was a crazy weekend wedding on the 16th June 2018 in Kerala; we vowed to be together as one and promised to give the best to each other.

Now we are husband & wife!

It has been a crazy 7 months that we have been married and we are madly in love with each other. We always end up picking up activities that make us spend more time together — be it travelling, watching the sunset, wine tasting or cooking together. We give our best to make each other happy and we plan to continue doing it for the rest of our lives…”

Aisle wishes them a wonderful journey, as they build their new lives together.
