Where we are situated
The main development center AIS Novations is located in Minsk. There are additional offices in Brest and Gomel, representative offices in Sochi (Russia) and Warsaw (Poland).
We understand that working with a remote team is difficult and not always convenient, especially at the beginning of cooperation. Therefore, we have established business processes so that you can monitor the implementation of tasks and make changes in the process of work.
How we communicate with customers
You can always contact us to discuss business issues. For voice communication, we use Skype or Zoom. We also communicate with our clients in Slack, Telegram, Upwork chat or any messenger convenient for you. We provide access to tracking systems to control the status of tasks.
It is important for us to be in touch and promptly resolve issues, so all company employees speak English. Usually project managers communicate with clients. But if it’s necessary, you can directly contact the developer. This helps to quickly solve problems and avoid downtime.
Some customers prefer to come to our office. We always meet client’s requirements and organize a separate workspace for the project team, which focuses only on your project.
