The main thing in AIS Novations is people. We have over 130 employees and 9 departments: development, testing, web design, business analytics, marketing, accounting, PM, HR and sales. Each of these specialists is involved in your project, so we decided to talk about their responsibilities and company structure.

Who works on your projects

We perform a full cycle of product development services. Over 11 years of work, we have established clear business processes, where a specific specialist is responsible for each stage. But there are those who follow the project from the time it is signed to release.

Sales manager

The main responsibility is to find customers for the company. Establish partnerships with the customer, after the contract is signed to monitor its implementation, that is, compliance with the obligations of both parties.

Project manager

Is the link between the client and the performers. They form a project team, monitors its work, meeting deadlines and performing tasks. If difficulties occur, look for solutions.

Business analyst

They study your goals and objectives and then plunge into the business, find processes that do not work well and suggest how to fix them. They make a specification — a document with recommendations for developers and a description of the functionality of the future product.

Marketer

In the marketing department we have specialists in SEO promotion, advertising and content. Their field of activity is the project promotion strategy and content creation.

Web Designer

They work on the visual part. Develop corporate identity, logo, color palette, brand book. They take into account the structure of the finished content, make layouts and transfer the project to programmers.

Programmer

In AIS there are designers and developers. They turn a static picture into a real product. The coders build the page frame, and the developers work on the backend and front-end parts.

Tester

They perform a test drive of the finished product, look for places that may not work properly or cause difficulties for users. They are the last link before the project launch.

Account manager

They communicate with the customers and get feedback. To put it in simple words, they ensure that you are satisfied with our collaboration. They work with customers even after product launch, offer new services.

HR

They are the ones who find all the above mentioned people and assemble a team. They select specialists who are able to work with the technologies, tools and services we need. Therefore, they are also responsible for the quality of services we provide.
