A little while back we bade farewell to Mont Sainte-Victoire, the mountain nearby which we’ve written about countless times previously.

The trail we followed was called Sentier des Vignobles. We took the L110 in the city center towards Puyloubier and got off at the Le Lavoir stop. Instead of walking on the mountain, we actually took a scenic trail that wound through the vineyards in the mountain’s shadow. It was a relaxing, tranquil walk that lasted for about 2 hours and circled back into the town. We picnic’d under a tree in the shade about halfway through.

Here are some photos that we took (I forgot my good camera, sorry)! Check out all that wine!

As an end cap to the day, we also decided to make French French toast. This mainly consisted of buying a brioche loaf at the bread shop and then just making regular French toast with it. The result was amazing and we’re definitely going to make it again before we leave, probably for Celeste’s sister since she loves French toast.

Egg, cinnamon, milk,brioche! DELICIOUS.
