How To Create Your Podcast Fast
There’s no secret sauce.
Here I am toggling my streaming software and making sure that there’s audio being picked up. Going live on YouTube to share how to create a podcast fast.
Why should you start a podcast?
For fellow freelancers as well as small business owners it can be time consuming to be on another social platform because we want to focus our time on other things that are more important.
So here I am to give you a quick tip on how you can actually create a podcast quickly without spending too much time on figuring out what needs to be done and et cetera. Who knows, it could be your first foot in the podcasting world.
Okay, so first things first, you want to head over to Anchor FM (now known as Podcasters) and sign up!
And you’re done! Easy right?
Of course, that’s only the beginning. Don’t tell me once you’ve created you can forget about it.
I’m sorry but things will only get more exciting from here on!
After creating your account, here’s the few main pointers to get started!
- Podcast channel title. The title needs to relate to the topics you’ll be talking about for your podcast episodes.
- Don’t overthink because we all know overthinking means not doing anything. You can pick something out first and revisit to make edits if you need to. Relax, having a draft title is not the end of the world
- Finally, your podcast channel description!
Here’s the 5 things to include in your description:
- About you
- Target Audience
- What can the listeners expect?
- What value will the listeners get
- Your release schedule
