And now, we’ll cover more about what to expect from Closed Alpha including features of the World Manager and Game Platform, Alpha Awards and how to access Alpha.
We’ve built Alpha to make the first features of Akiverse available exclusively to our Game Center NFT holders. We wanted to give our early supporters an opportunity to be the first to enter Akiverse to test its initial features, and report back on their experience to guide our future development.
World Manager (Desktop)
World Manager is the hub for NFT and token owners to manager their Akiverse assets.
Metamask connection is required to enter World Manager, so you’ll have to connect your Metamask wallet holding Akiverse Game Center NFTs for access.
Once inside, you can view your Game Center assets. Future versions of World Manager will allow you to view and craft Arcade Machines and manage staking for AKV tokens.
World Manager is designed exclusively for use on desktop, so you’ll need to access it with a PC or Mac to connect your wallet and explore its features.
Game Platform (Mobile)
The Game Platform is where the fun begins. Once you’ve connected your wallet to World Manager, you’ll be able to access the Game Platform.
In our Game Platform, you can select where you’d like to play from the available Game Centers and then pick your favorite Arcade Machine to start playing.
For Alpha the Game Platform will run in test mode, meaning that you will be able to access test Game Centers and play our first 3 arcade games, but the token ecosystem won’t be live. There won’t be tokens available to win from gameplay, but you will be able to test-and-earn for Alpha Awards (more on that later).
The First 3 Akiverse Arcade Games Revealed
Our developers have been working hard to get the first 3 game titles ready for Alpha. Now we can finally reveal the games to you! We can’t wait for you to enter Akiverse to play them.
Arcade Game 1: Bubble Attack
Bubble Attack is a reskin of a classic arcade battle game. Face off against your opponent (the computer) to blast bubbles that are stacked at the center of the arena. Aim and fire at the color coded bubbles. The more you blast, the more you damage your opponent. Blast them down to 0 to win the game.
Arcade Game 2: Neon Blitz
Neon Blitz is a challenge game where you have to destroy blocks before they hit the ground by shooting balls to blitz them. Aim your weapon so that it fires through the blocks and hits them enough times to destroy them. The more blocks you blitz, the more points you get. Use power ups to destroy blocks as the patterns get harder to blitz. If any of the blocks hits the ground, then it’s Game Over for you!
Arcade Game 3: SMASHH!!
SMASHH!! is our take on the arcade classic Whack-a-Mole. The moles move towards you on a neon runway and it’s your job to smash them when they pop their ugly heads up! It’s a race against the clock as you tap away and use all of the power-ups that you can before the timer counts down to 0.
These first 3 arcade games are just a sample of what we have in store for you, with 30 game titles in the pipeline for the first phases of our official launch! Our ODEN-CAN SDK will also open up game development for Akiverse, which will bring many more games to the Game Platform.
Alpha Awards
All of our Game Center NFT holders who test Alpha will help us to shape future development of Akiverse, so we’ve made Alpha Awards available for you to test-and-earn. Tell us what you think, hunt for bugs and share about Alpha to get rewarded with tokens and NFTs!
What are the Alpha Awards?
Award 1 — Alpha Analysis
All NFT owners who complete an Alpha Analysis feedback form will get 100AKV tokens.

Award 2 — Bug Bounty
Hunt for bugs anywhere in Alpha, and if you’re the first to find and report on a bug you’ll get an Arcade Part NFT.

Award 3 — Alpha Advocates
Share a gameplay screenshot or video post on Twitter with the hashtag #AkiverseAlpha and tag @Akiverse_io to go into the draw to win 1 of 5 Arcade Parts NFTs.
Award 4 — The Ultimate Alpha Advocate
Whoever completes an Alpha Analysis feedback form and shares the most about Alpha on Twitter or other platforms using the hashtag #AkiverseAlpha will win 10 Arcade Parts NFTs.
When will Alpha Awards be announced and distributed?
We’re keeping Alpha open until all our Game Center owners have a good chance to explore all of its features. We’ll be allocating awards to nominated wallet addresses when feedback and bug reports are received; and we’ll be tracking all of your #AkiverseAlpha posts.
At the end of Alpha we’ll announce or DM the winners of Alpha Advocates and the Ultimate Alpha Advocate awards. AKV awards will be distributed once the AKV public sale is completed, and Arcade Parts NFTs will be sent when the Arcade Parts NFT contract is deployed. We’re still very early in our development journey for Akiverse, and we appreciate all of your support and patience.
Accessing Alpha
By now you’re probably thinking ‘enough about Alpha already, just tell me how to get in!’. First, you’ll need to connect your Metamask wallet to our World Manager on Desktop and then you’ll be able to login with your email on mobile to access the Game Platform and play the first 3 arcade games.
Here are the steps you’ll need to follow for Alpha Access:
- Visit Akiverse.io on desktop
- Click on the LaunchApp or Akiverse logo button that appears on the top RHS of the screen
- Read over the Privacy Policy and click ‘Agree and Use’
- Input your email for signup and click the ‘Continue’ button
- Check your email inbox and click the link on the email sent to the email you entered for signup. A new tab will open to say ‘You’re logged into Akiverse’
- Go back to the original tab where you clicked ‘Continue’ then open Metamask and choose your Metamask account on the Polygon network that holds your Akiverse Game Center NFTs. If Metmask closes or the wrong account or network is selected you’ll have to repeat this step
- Connect your wallet and you’ll get access to World Manager
- Now to access the Game Platform, visit Akiverse.io on your mobile
- Click on the ‘Play Game’ button
- Read over the Privacy Policy and click ‘Agree and use’
- Enter the email address you used to connect to World Manager
- Check your email inbox and click the link on the email titled ‘Log in to Akiverse’ then you’ll be taken to a tab that says ‘You’re logged into Akiverse’
- Go back the the original browser page where you entered your email. Wait a moment and you will automatically be taken to the Game Platform
- Select a Game Center from the available Game Centers
- Select one of the 3 arcade game titles
- Start Playing!
