Sending Automatic Birthday Messages to Employees in Excel

Making your employees feel valued is one of the most effective ways to increase their motivation. You can make your employees feel valued with a small celebration on their birthdays.

For this, first of all, we need a table with the birthdays of the personnel.

From the “Get Data” field, the “From Table” field is selected. From the table that appears on the screen, the dates of birth are added in the form of two columns, month and day.

Let’s choose two random numbers from the month column.

From the advanced editor screen, the code marked with red is written and saved. As a result of the written code, the person born on today's date is displayed. Then click the close and install button.

The hyperlink formula is written as in the image. Message parts can be changed optionally.

Note: To add emoji to the message (Windows + . ) shortcut is used.

When we click on the Send Message field, the e-mail opens in the format we have prepared.
