Hey!

I hope you are happy and healthy. It’s quite possibly been some time since we spoke, but I wanted to let you know about a couple of new posts that I have put up on the Akkord recently. Both of them share a common theme and that involves cycling across borders.

The first is entitled ‘The Wall’. Last Friday, some friends and I travelled the entire length of the former Berlin wall on cross bikes — all 180km of it. It was such a great day out that I had to share it with you.

The second post worth checking out is from my winter bikepacking trip across Germany, from Berlin to Koblenz. I had 4 days to get to Canyon HQ in time for a 9 am meeting on Monday morning. This was a real slogfest and even though my friend Mark and I recorded a podcast every evening and a wrap-up afterwards, I hadn’t yet committed everything to a Medium post. So here is it is:

Thanks a lot for being a following of my writing — I really do appreciate it and I will strive to continue to capture all my adventures and thoughts here. All claps and comments are always appreciated.

Cheers,

Rhys
