Blockchain veteran Kate Kurbanova to lead Akropolis community
Head of Analytics at Cindicator joins Akropolis
We are thrilled to announce that Kate Kurbanova is joining the Akropolis team on a full-time basis — as Head of Community Development and co-founder.

Kate, a trader and analyst with over 10 years’ experience in the finance sector, has been an active advisor to Akropolis since January 2018, and has been directly involved in key developments ever since.
At Cindicator, Kate was one of the main drivers behind its overwhelmingly successful token sale in September 2017 and helped build a loyal and proactive community of token holders and platform users. Under her management, the token performance reached a 30X peak.
The Cindicator token sale was met with a staggering amount of interest, with over 33,000 applications — Kate was the driving force behind what has been described as one of the most legitimate token sales of 2017.
“This new step for Kate is also an excellent starting point for collaboration between two incredibly innovative tech companies with their own tokenized internal economies.” said Anastasia Andrianova, Founder and CEO of Akropolis.
Kate said: “The Akropolis project can be enormously beneficial for the current and future generations, by helping them take back control of their pension savings. This benefit is almost universal for young people around the globe. Akropolis has the potential to become a truly universal community-driven project, and I am here to contribute my experience and network to its success.”
Kate has been an invaluable member of our advisory board from the early stages of the project. We’re excited to have her expertise in a more hands-on fashion moving forward in our goal to create a new pensions infrastructure through the use of decentralised technologies.
