The last month was big for Akropolis. We now have 2,250 individual whitelist applications; over 11,000 members in our Telegram group; over $140,000,000 pledged to our project.
None of these accomplishments would be possible without our community’s support. That’s why we celebrated by sending out our very first newsletter today. Here’s what’s new this May:
TOKEN ISSUANCE: We are aiming to run Akropolis’ token generation event in June 2018.
WHITELIST AND FUNDS PLEDGED: Over 2,250 individuals have applied using our Proof-of-Care verification, as introduced by QuantStamp’s Richard Ma. Their pledges currently stand at over 200,000 ETH; more than US$140,000,000 (as of 14/05/18). We are checking each application’s PoC details manually and replying to applicants in batches. We will launch the main sale’s whitelist application process soon; stay tuned for further official announcements!
TELEGRAM COMMUNITY: Our Telegram group has now reached 11,000 members following a Bitcointalk Ambassador Campaign. Thank you all for your support!
CONTENT, MARKETING & PR: We have teamed up with several marketing, PR and growth partners to help us market and grow Akropolis. Our first team — Dragos, George and Andreea of Crypto Brand Lab — has worked with Nucleus, Bloom, district0x and Capdax. Now, they are helping us with content creation and social media.
NEW PARTNERSHIPS: New partnerships focused on product development, community expansion and marketing are currently being finalized. We will start announcing them very soon!
