We are pleased to announce we are working closely with an exchange on the listing of Alchemy Coin. We are looking at the wonderful possibility of becoming the first security token that may be traded on this exchange.
Due to the ongoing due diligence and negotiations, we are unable to reveal the name of this exchange.

Pertaining to this listing, all the previous smart contracts that we had developed may have to re-written. This will take time as we work with professionals in finalizing the smart contracts.
Presently we have aimed to reach the following milestone :
Private Sales to end on 4/27 with the Pre-ICO phase targeted for 7/16~8/13 and the Public Sales set for 8/27~9/10. Do note these are tentative dates and we aim to confirm the final dates as soon as possible.

Returning to our funding milestone we are expected to raise USD 40 million, including the current 30M that we have raised. We would love to reach the hard cap USD60M if possible, but now Alchemy Team is aiming for USD40M and commit to the community to end the ICO by end of September 2018.
All the unsold tokens will be burned.
