Aleph Re:connect – Indonesia

We have been working from home for so long. Talking to each other through our laptop screens, setting time for only brief discussions, and even at lunchtime, not having anyone to sit next to seemed have become a routine for some Alephians. But then, finally, the COVID-19 situation got better and it’s time to finally meet each other again!

On August 5, Aleph Indonesia held the initiative of having the first offsite event after the pandemic. We invited all Indonesian Alephians to come to our studio, our home; to reconnect.

With this event, we hope to create a moment where Alephians can finally meet the people they’ve been working together, catch up with their friends from different projects, welcome new members, and truly feel comfortable with each other.

All-black style has been the signature of ID Alephians

That day, all Alephians looked lovely, arriving in style wearing all-black. The room was filled with laughter and beautiful lights while relaxing music playing in the background, we were home and it was perfect.

Aleph Fête
We opened the session with Aleph Fête, a celebration to welcoming the new joiners. It was really fun & exciting to say hello to some new faces and have a chance to get knowing them better.

More than just working together.
The leaders of Aleph made a speech about how important personal connection between team members is. The chemistry and trust that we earn from interacting with each other in person is something very precious that no trendy gadgets will ever be able to give us that.

Bring on the FUN!
The fun didn’t end just yet because Alephians didn’t come to play, they came to give us a show, proving that they are, indeed, a breed of many, many talents. From the absolute chaos of their witty skits to heartfelt sing-along sessions, they could do it all in one day and just how we like it.

Time to chill.
After the talent show, all Alephians proceeded to fill their bellies with lots of good food while also chatting comfortably with each other!

At the end of the event, each Alephian took a drink of their choice and cheered with everybody, celebrating their hard work with their team members together.

Cheers to us, let’s continue the fun and what we had achieved together today: to stay connected with each other and keep our bond strong. 🎉
