Italians possess an incredible sense of taste and beauty. And they know how to live a life full of taste. And definitely, know everything about tasty food.

Coffee and bakery make a typical Italian breakfast. As my friend said, Italians always have something sweet for breakfast.

Though some sweet things can be found in every coffee bar, the best ones are in “Pasticcerias” (bakery shops). There’s usually one or two in the area. And they become a real center of life in the morning.
Elderly people are passionately discussing the news sitting outside, youngsters are eating delicious bakery joking with a barista inside and some just drop in to buy the freshest bakery for the whole family.

Small sweet things are called “mignions”. A couple of “mignions” + a delicious “mocca” accompanied with a milk heart from barista is only 2 euros.

How do they manage to eat such tasty things and not get fat? The right timing:
• sweet things for breakfast,
• pasta/pizza in the daytime,
• and for dinner it’s meat with vegetables.

P.S.:

On the photos you can see prosecco + mignions, and some samples of a typical breakfast.

All the images taken with Huawei P8 in Italy by myself.
