Alex: Why do you travel? What are your inspirations?
LV: It’s simple, I love it. You get to see new places, different culture, taste amazing food, meet new people, learn some new things. The feeling you get when you plan your trip when you buy your ticket… that excitement is just amazing. Every country has so much to offer, it’s a whole new world fulfilled with traditions and history. All that inspires me and not forgetting about capturing the moment. I love taking pictures, that’s a way I can express myself and share it with the world.
How do you organize your travel plans? Any travel hacks you can share?
I’m going to college at this time, so I don’t spend too much time on organizing my trips like I used to. I’m more spontaneous about it. Every time I have a holiday or more free time, I use it traveling somewhere. Sometimes for longer trips, sometimes shorter. To be spontaneous about traveling is actually awesome and it can be a lot of fun.

Tell me about a person you’ve met or a memory that impacted you the most during one of your trips?
I have met some cool people along the way and I’m still in touch with the most of them.
Everytime when I’m traveling, I’m fulfilling my time with a lot of things. I always want to see and try something new. There are so many great memories to share with you.
My top 2 are my first tandem skydive jump and a boat trip combined with dolphin and whale watching, both done in Gran Canaria. I have a passion for extreme sports and skydiving was a dream coming true. I can’t describe you the feeling and the freedom I felt at this time. Something unforgettable, that I would definitely do it again.
The boat trip was also a little extreme, but the best part of it is that I saw a whole dolphin family with the old and little ones.
Aside from the basics, name three items that you always bring when you travel.
The most important my camera, a travel journal and my iPod.

What is your motto when it comes to traveling?
Once a year, go someplace, you’ve never been before.
The best and the worst meals you’ve ever had traveling?
For my luck, I don’t remember having such a worst meals. The most of the time the food was amazing. Maybe in Mallorca, when I first tried traditional Spanish cuisine is my best food experience. There was a really good restaurant near the beach from Playa de Palma, that I used to go everyday, where I tried my first paella and some others delicious foods.
Which city do you consider yourself an expert on? Can you share any hidden gems in that city?
Maybe Dresden. This is a very beautiful city with an amazing architecture. I have been in many cities in Germany, but I have never seen such an architectural style like this city haves.

What is your favorite travel song/album to listen on a trip?
They are so many. I like almost all kind of music. I really enjoy the album from Tiësto: “Club Life Volume Two Miami” and “True” from Avicii. I also prefer for longer road trips classic rock like the songs from Aerosmith: “Crazy”, “Walk this Way”, “Dream On” or some of the greatest hits from AC/DC: “Highway to Hell”, “Back In Black”, “Thunderstruck”. And I’m also a big fan from Dr. Dre, Nate Dogg, Tupac, and Eminem music.
