Token Buy-Back
Sugar Kingdom Odyssey agrees to buy back all SKO distributed through the IDO at 90% of TGE price, if the price of SKO, as determined by the ALEX using the CoinMarketCap price as a reference (https://coinmarketcap.com/es/currencies/sugar-kingdom/), stays below the TGE Price one week after IDO has ended. 90% of the SKO raise amount will be withheld by ALEX on behalf of Sugar Kingdom Odyssey to facilitate such Token Buy-back and will be returned to Sugar Kingdom Odyssey when the ALEX determines that no such Token Buy-Back is required.
