Token Buy-Back
Trex20 agrees to buying back all of the TX20 distributed through the IDO at 90% of Token Sales Amount, if the price of TX20, as determined by ALEX stays below the TGE Price one week after the registration of the TX20 has ended. 90% of the Token Raise Amount will be withheld by ALEX on behalf of Trex20 to facilitate a Token Buy-back and will be returned to Trex20 when ALEX determines that no such Token Buy-back is required.
