In a move to further boost the ArtFi niche on Algorand, Algomint has partnered with AlgoGems to empower users to buy and sell their NFTs using goASSETs within the reseller marketplace.
Algogems is an open NFT marketplace for the Algorand blockchain, allowing artists to mint and auction their NFT for free, and provides a trading platform for NFT collectors.
By leveraging Algorand’s technology, Algogems offers zero-fee NFT creation, and low fee marketplace trades (0.001 ALGO fees for bidding, selling, auctioning, or buying NFTs). NFT platforms often have a minting cost above $50–100 per NFT, therefore placing Algogems in a very favourable position.
Algomint Invited Onto AlgoDao High Council
Algomint has partnered with open-source project AlgoDao, a community-owned and driven DAO, incubator, launchpad, and innovation pool.
Now part of the AlgoDao high council, Algomint has elevated its influence to contribute to a number of governance and voting measures to help shape AlgoDao’s future. The position on the AlgoDao Democratic Board will help ensure Algomint takes part in key processes, including project access, voting, proposal creation, linear voting, and pre-money funding access.
