Recipe OSS: How to set back-to-origin rules? (Alibaba Cloud)
If an object is not found in a bucket, OSS uses the
back-to-origin rules if they are defined to request the object from the origin. These rules can be defined in two ways:
- mirror-based back-to-origin: objects retrieved from the origin are stored in the bucket. This mode is used to migrate to OSS a service that is already running on an origin. Back-to-origin rules are used to obtain data that is not migrated to OSS.
