How to use on AliExpress Wire Transfer?

I want to buy a phone on AliExpress. Can you tell me if Wire transfer works on Aliexpress? Is it possible?

Orders (excluding promotions) over US $20 can be paid by Wire transfer. To pay, please follow the steps below:

1. On the checkout page, select Wire transfer as the payment method. You will then see our payment details.
2. Print out the page containing the payment information.
3. Go to a bank branch to make the payment. Don’t forget to show our details before making the payment.

Your order status will change to “Awaiting Dispatch” within 7 working days of payment.

Currently, on AliExpress Russia, you can only pay with a Russian bank card. All other payment methods work in other countries (non-CIS).
