The Aliexpress seller sent the item by cainiao shipping service….

Good afternoon. Yesterday I placed an order, the seller has the status of “trusted brand”, paid delivery by AliExpress, which I wanted. However, the seller has no free shipping options for less reliable services. And really “reliable” I decided and paid for the product. Today I received an email that the item has been shipped, and it was sent via cainiao.

This delivery I do not consider in principle, choosing either another option in the store, or the store if there is no other. From experience, through Cainion either goes 3–4 months, or does not come at all. Sent the seller a screenshot highlighting that it was selected/paid for by AliExpress and that the item was shipped by cainiao. Asked why independently changing the terms of the order.

Silence in response. The warranty period is 60 days. For cainiao this is not a time limit, of course. And most likely, with the order we will not see during this time, the seller will have to return the money.

But I still want to get the order in 1 month, not payment in 2 months. Tell me, is there any management on such actions of the seller? like cancel the order. It’s not the first time I’ve encountered this kind of thing.

You can always open a dispute and specify the reason for it. If the seller does not want to refund the money, then escalate the dispute to involve the administration on the matter.

And in general a little misunderstood, some rare product that there is no regular shipping? In principle, after one month, you can get the goods and quite penny shipping, if not free at all.

Why do you need a paid? I understand still SDEK, they deliver in a couple of weeks, but for one month you can and free can do.
