Muamal bin Ismail,ImamYahya ibn Maeen ki nazar mein Sufyan se riwayat karne mein hujjat nahi hai

saath hi woh jab hafize se hadees bayan karte thai toh zyadati karte thai.

jo unhone Wail bin hujr r.d ki hadees mein bhi “Ala Sadr” ka izafa bayan karke ki hai

Gairmuqallideen hazrat ka kehna hai Muamal bin ismail ki hadees sahih yaa kam se kam hasan hai Sufyan sawri se riwayat karne mein.Hum ahle sunnat wal jamaat ahnaaf ka kehna hai ki Muamal bin ismail sufyan sawri ke un shagirdo mein se jinki tanha riwayat se dalil nahi pakdi jaa sakti hai agarche Muamal bin ismail ke talluq se yeh kaha gaya hai ki woh siqah hai sufyan se lekin yahan par siqah se murad istalahi siqah nahi hai balki sirf adalat murad hai.Jabke Kutub Ahadees ko dekha jaaye toh pata chalata hai Muamal bin ismail se bahot khata hui hai Sufyan Sawri aur dusro se riwayat karne mein.yeh hi wajah hai Hafiz ibn hajr r.h ne Muamal bin ismail par faisla kiya apni kitab fath al bari j9 pg 238 par Ki muamal zaef hai sufyan sawri se riwayat karne mein unki khatao ko dekhkar.

Imam ibn maeen r.h se Muamal bi ismail ke talluq se mutadid aqwaal milte hai.jinhe hum naqal kardete hai taaki wazeh hojaye ki Muamal bin ismail ki kya haisiyat hai unke nazdeek.

  1. Muamal bin ismail siqah hai. [Tarikh yahya ibn maeen ba riwayat Durri raqam 236, Al jarh wa tadeel j8 pg 374]

2. Usman bin saeed al darimi kehte hai meine Imam Yahya ibn maeen r.h se kaha: Abdur razzak sufyan se riwayat karne mein kya hai? Toh ibn maeen ne kaha in logo ki tarah hai, Yaani (abdur raazak sufya se riwayat karne mein) Muamal bin ismail, Ubaidullah bin musa, Ibn yaman, Qabeeah aur firyabi ki tarah siqah hai.[Tarikh e damishq j36 pg 171,ibarat ka tarjuma kifayatullah sahab ka hai]

3. Ibn abi khaysama ne kaha: “Meine ibn maeen ko kehte hue suna au rinse Sawri ke shagirdo ke bare mein sawal ki kaun zyada asbat hai? Toh unhone kaha: paanch hai : Yahya in saeed al qattan,Wakee,Ibn Mubarak,Ibn Mehdi aur abu nuym fuzail bin dukayn.Rahe firyabi,Abu huzaifa,Qabeesah,Ubaidulah,Abu asim,abu ahmad zabri,Abdur razzak air inke tabqe wale (Muamal bin ismail) toh yeh sab ke sab sufyan se riwayat karne mein ek dusre se qareeb hai, yeh sab siqah hai, lekin mazkoor (Paanch asbat) shagirdo ke nisbat zabt wa marifat mein kamtar hai”[Tehzeeb al kamal j27 pg 56 tarjuma kifayatullah sahab ka hai]

4. Usman bin saeed al darimi ne kaha hai : Meine yahya ibn maeen r.h se kaha: Sufyan ki hadees mein Muamal ki halat kaisi hai? Toh ibn maeen r.h ne kaha: wohsiqah hai. Meine kaha wohsiqah hai toh yeh bataye ki aap ke nazdeek wohzyada mehboob hai yaa ubaidulah? Toh ibn maeen ne dono mein kisi ko bhi dusre par fazeelat nahi di.[Al jarh wa tadeel j8 pg374]

5. Imam Ibn maeen ne kaha “Yeh (Muamal) apne hifz se izaafa bayan karte thai”[Sawalat ibn junaid li ibn maeen pg 202]

6. Imam ibn Maeen ne kaha “Qabeesah sufyan ki riwayat mein hujjat nahi hai, naa hi Abu huzaifa, Yahya ibn adam, muamal hai.”[Marifat rijal li ibn mhuriz j1 pg 144]

Yeh tamam qaul ke jo tarjume kiye gaaye hai sab Kifayatullah sahab ke hi hai.YehTamam qaul sabit hai.hamare nazdeek.

Ek Subeh ka izala:-

Kuch logo ka kehna hai ki Ibn muhriz ka qaul ki Imam ibn Maeen ne kaha “Qabeesah sufyan ki riwayat mein hujjat nahi hai, naa hi Abu huzaifa, Yahya ibn adam, muamal hai.”[Marifat rijal li ibn muhriz j1 pg144] gair sabit hai kyuki ibn muhriz majhool hai.ab inke

Arz hai Ibn muhriz majhool nahi hai khud Gair muqallid aur bil khusus Kifayatullah sahab ke usul se jisse hum zikr karenge.Bilfarz agar yeh maanle ki Ibn muhriz maroof nahi hai toh kya inke qaul ko radd kardiya jaayega. Toh jawab hai nahi iski bahot si wujuhat hai.Jisse hum yahan par zikr karte hai.

  1. Mualana Irshad al haq asri sahab ka Musnad abu hanifa par ek aitraaz ke jawab ka radd karte hue jawab dete hai “Arz hai abu saeed al rawaas agarche aimma jarh wa tadeel mein maroof nahi hai magar inke yeh qaul hafiz ibn jawzi ne se mutadid hazrat ne naqal kiya hai aur kisi e bhi abu saeed al rawas aur hafiz ibn jawzi par adm aitmaad ka izhaar nahi kiya, chunanche yeh qaul hafiz zahabi, hafiz ibn hajr,hafiz ajmi ke alawa hafiz qasim bin qutlubugha aur allama abdul qadir farsi ne bhi naqal kiya hai lihaaza abu saeed al rawas ke is qaul par adm aitmaad bajaa khud naqabil e aitmaad hai”[ Al aiteshaam Shumara no pg 20 28 october taa 03 november 2011].

Bilkul yeh hi mamla Ibn muhriz ka bhi hai unke qaul par Mutadid ulama jarh wa tadeel ne aitmaad kiya hai.kisine bhi adm e aitmaad ka izhar nahi kiya hai inke qaul ke talluq se.

Salafi alim Shaikh Ali in mohammad al Imran kehte hai “Inki ibn maen se riwayat par aitmaad kiya hai Khateb ne apni Tarik mein,Hafiz yaani ibn hajr ne tehzeeb mein,Mughlatayi ne al ikmaal mein aur Imam Zahabi ne apni kitab mein”.[Asaar us shaikh Maulimi j14 pg 168].Assar us shaikh Maulimi Mutashadid Salafi alim Bakr bin Abdullah abu zaid ki supervision mein kaam hua hai.

Isi tarah Dr. Ahmad Mohammad noor saif ne bhi kaha hai[dekhiye Yahya ibn maeen wa kitab tarikh j1 pg 143].Ibn kaseer r.h Ibn asakir.r.h wagaira nab hi nakal kiya hai inse aur aitmaad kiya hai.

Gairmuqallid alim Irshad al haq asri aur deegar muhaqiq ki ibarat se wazeh hota hai Ibn muhriz ke qaul par aitmaad kiya jaayega naa ki usko radd kardiya jaayega.

Mashoor Salfi Alim Aur Allama Albani ke mashoor shagird Shaikh Abu ishaq al huwaini kehte hai“Aur issi tarah ibn muhriz r.h unka naam hai Abul Abbas Ahmad ibn Mohammad ibn qasim ibn muhriz jo marifat al rijaal naami kitab ke rawi hai aur yeh kitab unke sawalat hai jo unhone Ibn Maeen r.h se jarh wa tadeel ke baare mein kiye hai, unke baare mein mujhe koi jarh wa tadeel maloom nahi hai aur mere saamne jo kitabe hai u me mujhe kisi kitab ein unke halat nahi mile iske bawjood bhi ulama ibn Maeen r.h ke taraf qalam ko ibn muhriz ki riwayat se mansoob karte hai aur mein kisi aise alim ko nahi janta hu jisne usse qubul karne mein tawaquf kiya ho”[Naslul bayan bi maujam e rijal j1 pg 176].

Yaani tamam ulama ne bil ittefaq Ibn muhriz se Imam ibn Maeen r.h ki riwayat ko qubul kiya hai jarh wa tadeel mein.

Abu Anas Ibrahim bin saeed al sabbih likhte hai “IS jagah ke alawa mujhe kahin aur inke (Ibn muhriz) ke halat nahi mile iske bawjood Khatib (baghdadi) ne ibn Maeen ke aqwaal ko ibn Muhriz ke Tarik se kasrat se naqal kiya hai aur ibn muhriz r.h jo ibn maeen se naqal karte hai kisine bhi unpar qalam nahi kiya hai (Yaani qalam karte nahi dekha) aur baaz martaba ibn muriz jo ibn maeen se naqal karte hai un riwayat ko jamaah karne aur fir dusre rawi jo ibn maeen se riwayat karte hai unse milakar dekhne ki zaroorat padti hai taake yeh muwafiqat kisme hai aur mukhalifat kis mein hai yeh baat malhuz rahe ibn maeen r.h se ek hi rawi ke baare mein bahot se martaba mukhtalif aqwal manqool hote hai”[Mawsuat Al malimi al yamani wa asar fi uloom ul hadees j2 pg 595].

In tamam aqwal se pata chalta hai ki Ibn muhriz ki Imam yahya ibn maeen r.h s riwayat par tamam logone ittefaq aur eitamaad kiya hai aur kisine bhi unki riwayat ko radd nahi kiya.

Shaikh Abdur rehman bin yahya al maulimi r.h ko bhi ibn muhriz ke talluq se koi tauseeq aur jarh nahi mili aur woh ibn muhriz ko majhool mante thai.Lekin ek baat samjh nahi aati hai ki Ibn muhriz toh Shaikh Abdur rehman bin yahya al maulimi r.h ke nazdeek majhool hogaye kyuki unki koi tauseeq aur jarh unhe nahi mili magar wahin haal jab Juzz rafulyadain bukahri aur juz qirat khalfal imam ke rawi Mehmood bin ishaq al khuzai (inke bhi taluuq se koi tauseeq aur jarh nahi milti hai)ki baat aayi toh Shaikh Abdur rehman bin yahya al maulimi r.h Allama Zahid al Kawsari r.h ko jawab dete hue likhte hai “Jab Ahle ilm (Muhaddis wa ulama) ne indono (Mehmood bin ishaq al khuzai aur Ahmad bin mohammad al Hashmi al razi) ko siqah aur sabt qarar diya hai, kisi ek ne bhi dono in dono par (jarh wala) qalam nahi kiya toh tumahara yeh kehna: hum inpar aitmaad nahi karte kya fayda dega?”[Arbi ibarat ka Tarjuma zubair ali zai sahab ki noorulaynain pg 525,526 se kiya gaya hai,Al tankeel j2 pg 71 raqam 242].

Qareen Mehmood bin ishaq al kuzai ke talluq se bhi koi tauseeq aur jarh nahi milti hai is lihaaz jis tarah Ibn muhriz ko Shaikh Abdur rehamn bin yahya al maulimi r.h aur Kifayatullah sahab majhool keh rahe toh Mehmood bin ishaq al khuzai ko bhi majhool kehna chahiye lekin unhe Shaikh Maulimi r.h ne siqah sabt karar de rahe hai ahle ilm ke hawale se.Balki yeh baat ek dum bagair haath pair ki hai kisi bhi muhaddis ne inki tauseeq nahi ki hai agar ki hoti toh Shaikh Maulimi r.h usse zaroor pesh karte lekin unhone pesh nahi ki kyuki koi tauseeq mawjod hi nahi hai.Lekin hum guman karte hai Shaikh Maulimi r.h ne Mehmod bin ishaq al khuzai ki tauseeq isliye hi ki hogi kyuki ahle ilm hazarat ne unpar aitmaad kiya hai isi tarah Ibn muhriz r.h par bhi ahle ilm hazrat ne aitmaad kiya hai jarh wa tadeel ke aqwal naqal karne mein aur Shaikh Maulimi r.h ke usul se Ibn muhriz bhi Siqah Sabt hai.

Ibn muhriz ki tauseeq :-

Ibn Muhriz siqah hai.khud kifayatullah sahab ki usul ki buniyaad par Ibn muhriz siqah sabit hote hai.

Dalil no 1:-Kifayatullah sahab Imam ibn abi hatim sirf siqah se naqal karte hai uspar bahes karte hue likhte hai “Imam ibn abi hatim ne inse riwayat bayan ki hai aur ibn ibn abi hatim sirf siqah se hi riwayat bayan karte hai” fir aage bahes ke akhir mein likhte hai “Maloom hua ki gair siqah rawi se imam ibn abi hatim riwayat bayan nahi karte thai, jaise ki inke walid (Imam Abu hatim r.h) ka bhi yahim mamool tha”[Anwar al badr pg 282 3rd edition]

Mashoor Salfi Mustafa bin Ismail Al sulaymani bhi kehte hai Imam Abu hatim sirf siqh se riwayat karte hai[Itehaf un nabil j2 pg126].

Kifayatullah sahab ki is ibarat se pata chalta hai ki Imam abu hatim r.h aur Imam ibn abi hatim r.h dono sirf siqah se riwayat karte hai.

Chale fir kifayatullah sahab ke usul se hi sabit kardete hai ki Ibn Muhriz siqah hai.

Imam Ibn abi hatim r.h kehte meine sunna mere abba yaani Imam abu hatim unhne suna Abul Abbas al muhrizi se ki unhone pucha Ali ibn madini se.[Al jarh wa tadeel j6 pg41].

Qareen aap dekh sakte hai is sanad mein Imam Abu hatim r.h naqal kar rahe hai Ibn muhriz se jinki quniyat Abul Abbas hai.unki quniyat ke liye dekhe [Tarikh e Baghdad j2 pg 454 tehqiq dr basshar al awaadh].

Ibn Muhriz Shagird hai Imam Ali ibn Madini unhone mutadid aqwal apni kitab Marifat al rijal mein Imam Ali ibn Madini se naqal kiye hai.

Ab ummid karte hai koi yeh nahi kahega ki Ibn muhriz ke qaul gair sabit hai.

Ab koi yeh aitraaz kar sakta hai ki Yeh toh Ibn muhriz ki zimni tauseeq hai.isse qabol nahi kiya jaa sakta balki woh majhool hai.toh iska jawab yeh hai Kifayatullah sahab khud yeh kehte hai Majhool koi jarh nahi hai.Kifayatullah sahab ki mukammal ibarat hum naqal kardete hai “Yaad rahe ki majhool ka tauseeq se koi taaruz nahi kyuki majhool naa toh koi jarh hai aur naa hi koi ilm.jabki tauseeq bahrhaal ek ilm hai jo sareeh ho yaa zimni” ek makam par aur likhte hai “Aur zimni tauseeq ko hum hujjat samjhte hai hai albatta dalil wa qarain iske khilaaf miljaaye toh nahi.”(hawale ke is link par click kare)

Mashaallah kifayatullah sahab ke usul ek dum nayab hote hai humein inke aise usul se bahot fayda hota hai.ab isse pata chalta hai ibn muhriz ko gairmuqallidin ka majhool kehna kisi kaam ka nahi aur unki zimni tauseeq bhi mawjood hai.Muhadissin ne unke qaul par aitmaad bhi kiya hai aur naa unpar koi jarh milti.Balki ek bhi qarina mawjood nahi hai unke tazaef ke liye.

Imam ibn hajr ka qaul jo unhone fath al bari mein naqal kiya “Muamal sawri se riwayat karne mein zaef hai” ke talluq se kehte hai “Arz hai ki galiban hafiz ibn hajr r.h ne yeh baat Imam ibn maeen ki taraf mansoob ek qaul ki buniyad par rakhi hai”[Anwar al badr 3rd pg 406].

khud kifayatullah sahab ki ibarat se pata chalta hai Hafiz ibn hajr r.h jaisa jalil ul qadr muhaddis ne Ibn muhriz ke qaul par aitmaad kiya hai.

Imam Yahya ibn maeen r.h ke tamam aqwaal sabit shuda hai jo humne upar zikr kiye.ab in aqwaal mein se bahot zaroori hai ki yeh jaana jaaye ki Muamal bin ismail ka kya makam hai Ibn maeen ke nazdeek sufyaan se riwayat karne mein.

Yeh baat toh wazeh hai ki woh Yahya ibn Saeed al qattan, Imam Wakee aur unke tabqe ke sufyan ke shagirdo mein se nahi hai jinse hujjat qayyam ki jaaye sufyan se riwayat karne mein.

Kifayatullah sahab ne teen aqwal ka istemaal kiya hai Muamal bin ismail ko siqah sabit karne ke liye Sufyan ki riwayat mein.

  1. Usman bin saeed al adrimi kehte hai meine Imam Yahya ibn maeen r.h se kaha: Abdur razzak sufyan se riwayat karne mein kya hai? Toh ibn maeen ne kaha in logo ki tarah hai, Yaani (abdur raazak sufya se riwayat karne mein) Muamal bin ismail, Ubaidullah bin musa, Ibn yaman, Qabeesah aur firyabi ki tarah siqah hai.[Tarikh e damishq j 36 pg 171,ibarat ka tarjuma kifayatullah ka hai]

3. Usman bin saeed al darimi ne kaha hai : Meine yahya ibn maeen r.h se kaha: Sufyan ki hadees mein Muamal ki halat kaisi hai? Toh ibn maeen r.h ne kaha: woh siqah hai. Meine kaha woh siqah hai toh yeh bataye ki aap ke nazdeek wohzyada mehboob hai yaa ubaidulah? Toh ibn maeen ne dono mein kisi ko bhi dusre par fazeelat nahi di.[Al jarh wa tadeel j8 pg374].

Ab in tamam aqwal se pata chalta hai ki Imam ibn maeen r.h ne jo dusra tabqa bayan kiya hain usme muamal bin ismail ke saath:-

1. Yahya ibn yaman

2. Qabeesah bin uqba

3. Abu huzaifa Musa bin Masood

4. Ubaidullah bin musa

5. Mohammad bin yusuf al firyabi

6. Imam Abdur razzak ke saath rakha hai.

Ab in ruwaat ko dusre darje mein rakhne ki wajah yeh hai ki in tamam hazrat se Sufyan se riwayat karne mein khata hui hai jiski sarahat Imam ibn maeen r.h aur deegar muhadissin ke qaul se hoti hai.

Is baat ki wazahat aur hoti hai jab hum Muamal bin ismail ke tabqe mein mawjood ruwaat ke talluq se Imam ibn maeen aur deegar aimma ke qaul ko dekhte hai.

1. Yahya ibn yaman:-

Durri kehte hai mein yahya ko kehte hue sunaki yakeenan sufyan jisse yahya ibn yaman hadees e bayan karte hai agar yeh wahi sufyan jisse humne mulaqat ki hai woh ,woh nahi hai(yaani yeh hadees e unki nahi hai).[Tarikh e Ibn maeen riwayat durri raqam 1527,2255]

Ibn junaid kehte hai meine yahya ko kehte hue suna Yahya ibn yaman sabt nahi hai

Wakee kehte hai yeh jo hadees yahya ibn yaman bayan karte hai Sufyan ki hadeeso mein se nahi hai.

Imam Yahya ibn maeen kehte hai Yahya ibn yaman hadees ko bayan karte parwah nahi karte thai unhe wahem hota tha. [Sawalat ibn junaid raqam 681]

Imam darimi khete hai mein pucha Ibn maeen se Yahya bin yaman ka Sufyan ke baare mein kya hukm hai? ibn Maeen ne kaha mujhe ummid hai ki wohsuduq hai fir meine pucha ki woh hadees mein kaise hai toh unhone kaha wohqawi nahi hai.[Tarikh ibn maeen riwayat darimi raqam 98]

Ibn muhriz kehte hai meine Ibn Maeen se yahya ibn yaman ke baare mein pucha toh kaha unme koi harj nahi sacche hai woh itne qawi nahi hai.[Marifat rijal j1 p 137,252]

Durri kehte hai yahaya ibn maaen se pucha gaya yahya ibn yaman ke baare mein toh kaha ki Sawri se unki hadees Sawri ke dusre rawiyo ke mushabe nahi hai aur Wakee ke saamne unki woh hadees e zikr ki gayi jo sawri se naqal karte hai, wakee ne kaha aisa lagta hai jaise yeh woh sufyan nahi hai jinse humne hadees e suni hai.[Al jarh wa tadeel j9 pg 199]

2. Abu huzaifa:-

Imam Muhriz kehte hai unse Abu huzaifa ke bare mein pucha gaya sufyan sawri se hadees karne mein toh ibn maeen ne kaha woh jhoot bolne walo mein se nahi thai.[Marifat rijal j1 pg 223]

Imam ibn Maeen ne kaha “Qabeesah sufyan ki riwayat mein hujjat nahi hai, naa hi Abu huzaifa, Yahya ibn adam, muamal hai.”[Marifat rijal li ibn muhriz j1 pg 144]

Imam ibn abi hatim r.h farmate hai ki unke walid Imam abu hatim razi r.h se pucha gaya Abu huzaifa aur Muamal bin ismail ke talluq se toh Imam abu hatim razi r.h ne jawab diya unki kitabo mein bahot galti hoti hai.Abu huzaifa ki galti Muamal bin ismail se kam hai.[Al jarh wa tadeel j8 pg 164].

Abu huzaifa aur muamal bin ismail yeh dono hazraat Sufyaan sawri r.h ke shagird hai.

3. Ubaidullah bin Musa:-

Durri kehte Meine ibn maeen ko kehte hue suna Meine se jami sufyan ubaidullah ibn musa se suni hai unhone usko mere saamne apni kitab se pada fir kaha mujhse mera dil hota hai mein isko deewar se ghas du mere baare mein logo ki bahot zyada qalam karne ki wajah se.[ Tarikh e Ibn maeen riwayat durri raqam 2570].

4. Qabeesah bin uqba:-

Ibn abi khaysama kehte hai Ibn maeen se Qabeesah ki hadeso ke bare mein pucha gaya toh unhone kaha siqah hai magar Sawri ki hadees mein itne qawi nahi hai.[Al jarh wa tadeel j7 pg126]

Imam ibn Maeen ne kaha “Qabeesah sufyan ki riwayat mein hujjat nahi hai, naa hi Abu huzaifa, Yahya ibn adam, muamal hai.”[Marifat rijal li ibn mhuriz j1 pg 144]

5. Yahya ibn adam:-

Ibn maeen Yahya ibn adam ki ek hadees ke talluq se kehte hai “Yahya ibn adam usko sufyan se aur wohzubair se riwayat karte hai aur humein nahi maloom kisine isko riwayat kiya hai siwaye yahya ibn adam ke aur yeh wahem hai agar is tarah hota toh tamam log isko bayan kiye hote sufyan se lekin yeh munkar hadees hai yahya ne isi tarah kaha yaa fir isse milta julta qalam kiya”[ Tarikh e Ibn maeen riwayat durri raqam 1671]

Imam ibn Maeen ne kaha “Qabeesah sufyan ki riwayat mein hujjat nahi hai, naa hi Abu huzaifa, Yahya ibn adam, muamal hai.”[Marifat rijal li ibn mhuriz j1 pg 144]

6. Mohammad bin yusuf al firyabi:-

Imam Ibn maeen Mohammad in yusuf ki riwayat jo unhone sufyan se riwayat ki hai uske talluq se kehte hai “Abu nasr kehte hai mujhe yahaya ibn ameen ne kaha Firyabi ne isse zyada garib riwayat nahi ki hai aur yeh sabse zyada garib riwayat hai jisse firyabi ne” riwayat kiya hai.[Al kuna dulabi j1 pg 116]

Hafiz ibn hajr r.h kehte hai Mohammad bin yusuf al firyabi siqah inse sufyan ki hadees mein khata hui hai uske bawjood wohmuhadissin ke nazdeek Abdur razzak par muqadam hai[Taqreeb ut tehzeeb raqam 6415]

Isse pata chalta hai Imam ibn maeen r.h ne jinhe bhi dusre tabqe mein rakha hai unse Sufyan se riwyat karne mein galti hui hai.

Ab inme bilkhusus Imam ibn maeen ne 4 shagirdo ke talluq se kaha hai ki woh Hujjat nahi hai.Jisme Qabeesah bin uqba,Abu huzaifa,Yahya Ibn adam,Muamal bin ismail hai. Agarche yeh log Imam ibn maeen r.h ke nazdeek siqah hai lekin Sufyan se riwayat karne mein inki galtiyo ki wajah se inse dalil nahi pakdi jayegi.

Muamal bin ismail ki ibn maeen se tauseeq Gair muqallidin ki nazar mein.

Khud Kifayatullah sahab ke Zahabi e asr Allama Abdur rehman bin yahya al maulimi al yamani kehte hai: “Imam ibn Maeen r.h se aise ruwaat ki tauseeq manqool hai jisse aksariyat ne zaef karar diya hai inme se hai: (Shaikh Maulimi bahot se naam zikr karte hai)……….Muamal bin ismail………..” fir Aage kehte hai “Ibn Maeen baaz martaba kalama-e-siqah kisi raawi ke bare mein kehte hai magar isse unki murad sirf itni hoti hai ke rawi jaanbujkar jhoot nahi bolta[tankeel j1,pg258]”

Kifayatullah Sahab ne bhi is qaul ko apni kitab yazeed bin mawiya par ilzamat ka tehqiqi jaiza mein naqal kiya hai.pg 691,692.

Mazeed par ispar koi hashiya yaa shaikh Maulimi ka radd yaa taqqub bhi nahi kiya jisse pata chalta hai ki woh bhi Shaikh Maulimi ki is baat se muttafiq hai.

Toh yahan par jo kalima siqah istemaal hua hai woh yeh batane ke liye kyuki yeh hazrat jaanbujhkar jhoot nahi bolte thai balki inse galti hojati thi.

Jawab no 2: Kifayatullah Sahab ke zahabi e asr,Amir ul momineen fil hadees Shaikh Abdur Rehman bin Maulamai Al Yamani kehte hai apni Kitab al wahdaan pg 30 par unwaan qayyim karte “ Woh ruwaat jinme ibm maeen se tasahul hua hai” fir iske tahet Shaikh Abdur rehman bin yahya al maulimi 9 ruwaat ka naam zikr kiya hai jisme no 6 par Muamal bin Ismail ka naam zikr karte hai.

isse bhi yeh pata chalta hai ki Khud kifayatullah sahab ke zahabi e asr ke nazdeek imam yahya ibn maeen ki tauseeq maqbool nahi hai.

Jawab no 3: Shaikh Nasiruddin Albani r.h Imam Yahya ibn Maeen ki Maumal bin Ismail ke talluq se tauseeq ke jawab mein kehte“Mein kehta hu yeh zahir hota hai jisne muamal ki tauseeq ki hai unke unke hifz ki halat (Sue hifz) usse pata nahi thi aur jinhone unhe Saiyul hifz kaha hai uske pass ilm ki zyadati hai toh uspar bharosha karna zyada behtar hai aur usko chodena jaiz nahi hai jaisa ke mustalah ul hadees ke qawaid se maloom hai toh qaide ke mutabiq is rawi ki hadees zaef ke martabe mein rahegi yahan tak ke uska koi mutabe yaa shahid mil jaaye toh agar kisike pass sifat e salat ka nushka ho toh usko cut lagade.Allah taala usko jaza e khair de.”[Silsila ahadees e zaefa j8 pg 462].

Is ibarat se wazeh hoti hai Shaikh Nasiruddin Albani r.h ke nazdeek khud Imam Yahya ibn Maeen r.h ki tauseeq gair mautbar hai Muamal bin ismail ke talluq se.Muamal ki mutabiyat ki buniyaad par hasan hone ki baat tab aati jab ki Ala sadr ke alfaaz munkar nahi hote balki hamara toh yeh kehna hai ki Ala sadr ki zyadati is hadees mein munkar hai aur munkar hadees ki mutabiyat hone ke bawjood hasan li gairahi bhi nahi ho sakti hai.khud gair muqallidin ke ususl se.

Jawab no 4:Imam Yahya ibn Maeen kehte hai “Muamal bin Ismail jab hifz se bayan kare toh zyadati karte thai” [Sawalat ibn junaid lil ibn maeen pg 445].

Khud Imam Yahya ibn Maeen is baat ko mante aur jaante thai ki Muamal bin ismail jab apne hifz se bayan karte thai toh zyadati karte thai aur yeh Imam ibn Maeen ki wazeh yaani mufassar jarh hai. balke jahan Imam yahya ibn Maeen ne yeh jarh ki hai ussi hadees mein Muamal bin Ismail ne ek Mursal Hadees ko Marfoo bana diya tha..Kutub e Ilal aur dusri kitabo ko dekha jaaye toh aisi bahot saari misale milegi jahan par Muamal bin Ismail ne Zyadti ki kahin par sanad mein toh kahin par matn mein.

Imam ibn maeen ki yeh jarh, is baat ko aur mazboot karti hai ki Muamal bin ismail hujjat nahi hai sufyan se riwayat mein aur unse dalil nahi pakdi jayegi.

In tamam baato se wazeh hota hai ki Muamal bin ismail sufyan se riwayat karne mein hujjat nahi hai saath mein unse zyadati hojati thi.

Arz hai issi wajah se Hazrat wail bin hujr ki hadees ki hadees sabit nahi kyuki

1. Muamal bin ismail Hujjat nahi hai Sufyan Sawri ki riwayat mein

2. Muamal bin ismail se Hazrat Wail bin Hujr ki Hadees mein “Ala Sadr” ki zyadati hogayi hai.kyuki woh jab hifz se bayan karte thai toh zyadati kardete thai.Muamal bin ismail khud gairmuqallid ke beshumar ulama ke nazdeek zaef hai.Kisi bhi Asim bin kulayb ke shagirdo ne yaa fir Sufyan sawri r.h ke shagirdo mein se kisi ne bhi “Ala Sadr”ki zyadati bayan nahi ki siwaye Muamal bin ismail ke jis wajah se unki yeh zyadati munkar hojati hai.
