Yaha hum inshallah un hadeeso ko naqal karne ki kosish karenge jo hazrat wail bin hujr r.d se sabit hai aur inme haath bandhne ka zikr bhi mawjood hai bagair “Ala Sadr” ki zyadati ke.isse wazeh hijayega ki Muamal bin ismail is zyadati ko naqal karne mein munfarid hai aur “Ala Sadr” ki zyadati gair mehfooz hai.balke Shaaz wa munkar hai

Wail bin hujr:

2. Kulaib bin shihab r.h[Sunan Nisa’I Hadith no 889].

In dono hazrat se sahih sanad se hadees sabit hai jinme “Ala Sadr” ki munkar o shaaz zyadati mawjood nahi hai.

Wail bin hujr r.d se Imam baihaqi r.h ne ek hadees naqal ki hai seene par haath bandhne ki Umm e yahya ke tarik se jo bahot hi sakht zaef hadees hai.is hadees ke ek rawi ne bakhi 3–3 rawiyo par qalam hai.Khud Kifayatullah bhi isse zaef mante hai.

[Imam Bayhaqi (rahmatullahi alaih) likhte hain: “Ek Jama’t ne Sufyan Sauri (rahimahullah) se isko rivayat kiya hai lekin inme se kisi Ek ne bhi “Alaa Sadrihi (Seene Per)” ke alfaaz zikr nahi kiye sivaaye Mu’ammal bin Isma’eel ke.” [Al-Khilaaqyat Al-Bayhaqi jild 2 pg 252].Imam Baihaqi r.h khud yaha par is baat ko bata rahe hai ki Muamal bin ismail “Ala Sadr” ki zyadati bayan karne mein akela tanha hai.

Hamari Tehqeeq ke mutabiq Asim bin Kulaib (rahimahullah) se in 13 Shagirdo ne is hadees ko rivayat kiya hai aur in 13 Shagirdo se Unke bohat se shagird rivayat karte hain. In Sabhi Hazraat ne hath baandhne ka zikr kiya hai magar Ek ne bhi Lafz “Ala Sadrihi” ki Zyadati bayan nahi ki hai. Asim bin Kulaib (rahimahullah) se Unke Ek aur Shagird Sufyan Sauri (rahimahullah) bhi is hadees ko rivayat karte hain phir Unsey rivayat karne waale Unke 3 Shagird hain..

Agarche Mohammad bin yusuf al firyabi ki hadees sanadan zaef hai unke shagird Abdullah bin mohammad bin saeed ibn abi Maryam ki wajah se lekin is hadees mein bhi “Ala Sadr” ka izafa nahi hai.Lekin Musnad e ahmad mein Abdullah bin al walid al adni ki Sahih sanad se hadees mawjood hone ki wajah se aur issi tarah Hussain bin hafs ki hadees ki wajah se is hadees ka matn sabit hai aur baqaul gairmuqallideen ke usul ke bhi is hadees par koi aitraaz nahi banta.

Kifayatulah sahab khud apni kitab Anwar al badr edtion 3 mein pg 376 par Umm e Yahya ki hadees ke talluq se kehte hai “yeh hadees ki saad zaef hai,lekin sahih ibn khuziamah ki riwayat ke saath milkar yeh riwayat bhi sahih karar paayegi”

Is puri bahes se wazeh hota hai ki Kifayatullah sahab ka yeh kehna ki,Abdullah bin al walid tanha hai Sufyan sawri r.h se naqal karne mein munfarid hai dusrust nahi,balki Hussain bin hafs, Mohammad bin yusuf al firyabi bhi Sufyan sawri se sirf haath bandhne ka zikr karte hai.is tafseel se wazeh hota hai ki Muamal bin ismail munfarid hai “Ala Sadr” ki zyadati bayan karne mein aur yeh zyadati mardood hai munkar aur shaaz hone ki wajah se jo ki hamara daawa hai.

16. Mu’ammal bin Isma’eel (rahimahullah)… Sanad:– Wa’il bin Hujar (raziallahu anhu) ► Kulaib bin Shihab ► Asim bin Kulaib ► Sufyan As-Sauri ► Mu’ammal bin Isma’eel (rahmatullahi alaihim)……. [Sahih Ibne Khuzaymah, Raqam# 479]

Sirf aur sirf Mu’ammal bin Isma’eel ki is rivayat me lafz “Ala Sadrihi” ki Zyadati mazkoor hai, Sauri (rahimahullah) ke baqya Do Shagird is Zyadati ko rivayat nahi karte. Ya’ni is hadees ki kul 16 Isnaad me se 15 me Ye Zyadati mazkoor nahi.

Muamal bin isamil ne Asim bin kulayb ke 13 shagird aur sufyan sawri r.h ke 3 shagirdo ki mukhalifat ki hai jis wajah se “Ala Sadr” ki zyadati gair mehfooz sabit hoti hai.

Aage kifayatullah sahab yeh kehte hai Sufyaan Sawri ke shagirdo mein sirf aur sirf Abdullah bin al walid al adni ki riwayat hai jis mein haath bandhne ka zikr hai aur seene ka zikr nahi hai aur zahir hai ki sirf ek rawi ki adm zikr se muamal ki zikr karda riwayat par aitraaz nahi kiya jaa sakta bilkhusus jabki adm zikr wale rawi Abdullah bin al walid hai aur woh mutakallam fi hai aur muamal se kam rutbe wale hai chunanche :

Lihaaza muamal ke muqable mein Abdullah bin al walid ki riwayat pesh nahi ki jaa sakti.

Jawab no 1:Pheli baat yeh hai Sufyaan sawri rh se do shagirdo ne hadees bagair “Ala Sadr” ke lafz ke bagair hadees ko bayan ki hai.

Jawab no 2: Kifayatullah sahab ka kehna hai Abdullah bin al walid al adni r.h mutakallam fi rawi hai aur unka rutba muamal bin ismail se kaam hai.

Arz hai kifayatullah sahab ki yeh baat ek dum galat hai.Abdullah bin al walid ko Aimam Jarh wa tadeel ne siqah aur siqah mamoon jaisi ala tauseeq ki hai.jisse hum aage naqal nakal karenge.Sabse phele hum jo sabit shuda qaul jiise kifayatullah apne fahem se jarh samjh rahe hai uska jawab dede.

Kifayatullah sahab ne Imam Abu hatim ka qaul naqal kiya Abdullah bin al walid ke talluq se: yeh Shaikh hai, inki hadees likhi jaayegi aur isse hujjat nahi li jaayegi.[Al jarh wa tadeel j8 pg374].

Arz hai ki Imam Abu hatim ka kehna ki “yukhtabu hadeesu laa yutahajju bihi” Inki hadees likhi jaayegi aur isse hujjat nahi li jaayegi yeh koi jarh ke lafz nahi hai khud gairmuqallidin ke nazdeek.

Kifayatullah sahab ke bade Alim Maulana Irshad al haq asri sahab apni kitab Tauzeehul qalam ke pg 220 par Imam Abu hatim r.h ke is qaul ke talluq kehte hai:

1.Imam Zayli r.h likte hai: Yaani abu hatim r.h ka qaul “La yatuhajju bihi” gair qadaih hai(is tazaef yaa aib sabit nahi hota) wohyeh lafz bila bayan sabab sahih ke aksar rijaal par bhi bolte hai jaise ki khalid al hazza wagaira hai [Nasbur rayah]

2.Aage likhte hai inka yeh jumla[laa yatuhajju bihi] bila sabab masmua[acceptable/qubul] nahi.bilkhusus jab woh “yuktabu hadeesbhi” farmate hai.

qareen ab yeh jo dono baatein Mualana irshad al haq asri ne bayan kiye hai dono ke dono baatein Abdullah bin al walid mein paaye jaati hai kyuki Imam Abu hatim ne bila sabab yeh baat bayan ki hai aur saath mein “yukhtabu hadees” bhi kaha hai.isse pata halta hai khud gairmuqallid ke nazdeek yeh koi jarh nahi hai.

3.Maulana Irshad al haq asri aage Maulana Sayed Amir ali gairmuqallid sahib e ainul hidaya ji Gairmuqallido ke Shaikh kul fil kul Miya Nazeer Hussain dehlvi r.h ke shagird hai un ki ibarat naqal kate hai aur fir uska khulaasa naqal karte hai: Khulasa almaram ke rawi ka “Lays bihujjah” hona iske suduq balke siqah hone ke manafi nahi balki yeh “lays bil qawi” ke lafz se bhi naram hai.

4.Jisse yeh baat wazeh hojaati hai ki “La yatuhajju bihi” ke alfaaz imam abu hatim ke nazdeek rawi ke suduq hone ke manafi nahi, aur naa hi woh rawi munkar ul hadees hota hai. Jiski riwayat hasan darje ke kam nahi jaise ki khud unki ibarato se yeh wazeh hota hai.lekin wohhasan ki hujjiyat ke qail nahi thai isliye “La yatuhajju bihi” kehte hai

Inpuri baato se wazeh hota hai ki Abdulah bin al walid par Imam abu ahtim r.h se jarh sabit nahi khud gairmuqallidin hazraat ke nazdeek.

Ab reh jaata hai Masla Zyadati ka.Kya “Ala Sadr” ki zyadati mehfooz hai ki nahi.”Ala Sadr” ki zyadati ko mehfooz aur sabit batane ke liye Kifayatullah sahab kehte hai jiska khulaasa hai:Mahez Abdullah bin al walid ke adm zikr ki wajah se is zayadati ko thukra dena sahih nahi hai bilkhusus Adm zimr yaani zyadati bayan nahi karne wale rawi Abdullah bin al walid mutakallam fi hai.

Jawab: Pheli baat toh yeh ki hum bata chuke hai Abdullah bin al waid akele nahi hai jinhone “Ala Sadr” ke lafz bayan nahi kiye hai dusri baat yeh hai k sahih sanad se yeh baat sabit hai hi nahi ki Abdullah bin al walid par koi jarh hai illa ki unse naamo mein galti hojaati thi jaise ki Imam Ahmad bin hanbal r.h ne kaha hai.aur yeh koi jarh nahi hai.

Agar Hum sirf yeh bhi maan bhi le ki Abdullah bin al Walid akele hai is riwayat ko bayan karne mein tab bhi is “Ala Sadr” ki zyadati ko qubul nahi kiya jaa sakta hai kyuki Abdullah bin al walid siqah suduqaur awsaq rawi hai Muamal bin ismail ke muqable.

Zyadati qubul ke usul khud gairmuqallidin ki zubani:

  1. Shaikh Khubaib Ahmad faramte hai apni kitab Maqalat e asriya ke pg324 par: “Agar Zyadati ka rawi ahfaz ho awsak ho, yaani is zyadati ko ko naa bayan karne wale rawi se zyada siqah hotoh is zyadati ko qubul kiya jaayegaAgar Dono tadeel ke martabe mein barabarhotab bhi is zyadati ko qabool kiya jaayega, agar zyaadti ka rawi, zyadati naakarne walo se siqahat mein ho toh iski zyadati qabil e aitbaarnaa hogi. Woh bils shubashaaz ke zikr mein aayegi. Yeh is zyadati ka khulasa hai jisse muhadissin ne mustalah al hadees mein shaaz aur munkar ke tahet bayan kiya hai ”

2.Ibn bashir al husaainwy apni kitab Usoool jarh wa tadeel ke pg 33 par likhte hai: “Agar Zyadati ka rawi ahfaz ho awsak ho, yaani is zyadati ko ko naa bayan karne wale rawi se zyada siqah hotoh is zyadati ko qubul kiya jaayegaAgar Dono tadeel ke martabe mein barabarhotab bhi is zyadati ko qabool kiya jaayega, agar zyaadti ka rawi, zyadati naakarne walo se siqahat mein ho toh iski zyadati qabil e aitbaarnaa hogi. 3. Kifayatullah Sahab apni kitab “Yazeed bin mawiya par ilzamat ka tehqiqi jaayeza pg 213” par likhte hai

“Jab rawi apne se ahfaz ki mukhalifat kare tab uski taghlit ki jaayegi aur us waqt bhi taghlit ki jaayegi jab woh hadees mein koi aisa izafa yaa zyadati kare jisko dusre rawi bayan nahi karte aur us zyadati ko bayan nahi karne wale zyada ho yaa ek jamaat ho jab ki zyadati bayan karne wala munfarid ho”

Yaani gairmuqallid ki intamam ibarat aur khususan kifayatullah sahab ki ibarat se wazeh hota hai ki Jab ek aisa rawi jo apne hadees mein aisa izafa bayan kare jo ahfaz bayan nahi karta yaa fir ek jamaat us lafz ko bayan nahi karti hai toh uski zyadati ko mardood karar dijaayega yaani aisi zyadati ka radd kiya jaayega.

Zyadati ka usul wazeh hone ke baad zaraa bhi shaks wa shuba baaki nahi rehta ki kifayatullah sahab ke is daawa bogaz tha, Abdullah bin al walid ,Muamal bin ismail se rutbe waa martabe mein bade hai jaise ki iski bahes aage aarahi hai aur saath hi Muamal bin ismail ne “Ala Sadr” ki zadati bayan ki hai jisse Sufyan Sawri r.h ke dusre shagird Abdullah bin Walid al adni,Hussain bin Hafs aur Mohammad bin yusuf al firyabi bayan nahi karte hai.isse pata chalta hai Muamal bin ismail ko bayan karda “Ala Sadr” ki Zyadati mardood hai kyuki woh ahfaz ke saath saath ek jamaat ki mukhalifat kar rahe hai.

Ek Shube ka izala:-

Kifayatullah sanabali sahab ka kehna ki Abdullah bin al walid, Muamal bin ismail se kam tar darje ke rawi hai iski koi haqeeqat nahi hai.lihaaza hum apke saamne iski haqeeqat rakhte hai.

Humne phele hi bata diya hai ki gairmuqallidin ke usul par Abdullah bin al walid par koi bhi jarh sabit nahi hai.Iske baraks khud gairmuqallidin hazrat ne Muamal bin ismail ko zaef maana hai agar zaef nahi maana hai toh yeh toh maana hai ki unpar shaded juruhat hai unke hifz par.Aage chalkar hum un gairmuqallidin hazrat ke naam bhi zikr kardenge jinhone Muamal bin Ismail par jarh ki hai.

Note:- Imam Abu hatim ka qaul “inse hujjat nahi pakdi jaayegi” yeh jarh ke lafaaz nahi hai Imam abu hatim r.h ke nazdeek.khud gairmuqallid hazraat se yeh baat sabit hai.

Imam Zahabi r.h Ka muamal bin ismail ke talluq se kehna ki yeh basra ki siqah logo mein se hai.Yeh tauseeq mahez diyanat dari par mushtamil hai.jisse hum aage bayan karenge ,khud kifayatullah sahab ke usul ke mutabiq sabit kiya hai.

Isme humne bahot ikhtasar ke saath aqwaal naqal ki hai jinse pata chalta hai ki Muamal bin ismail ka rutba Abdullah bin al walid ke muqable mein gira hua hai naa ki ucha.

Kifayatullah sahab ka yeh kehna ki Abdullah bin al walid ka rutba Muamal bin ismail ke saamne kam hai mahez ek dhoka aur fareb tha jo is tafseel ke baad baaki naa rahega inshaallah.

Jawab no 3: Kifayatullah sahab ek maqam par kehte hai Imam Ahmad bin hanbal , Muamal bin ismail ke shagrid hai yaani muamal ke baare mein acchi tarah waqfiyat hai.

Yeh bhi ek tariqa Kifayatullah sahab ne istemal kiya hai Muamal ko kam khata wala sabit karne ke liye.Lekin Muamal bin ismail,Imam Ahmad bin hanbal ke nazdeek hujjat pakadne ke qabil nahi thai.Iski puri tafseel humne Imam Ahmad ke jarh ke jawab ul jawab mein diya hai.

Agar Imam Ahmad bin hanbal r.h ke qaul ko hi dekhle toh faisla hojata hai.Imam Ahmad bin hanbal r.h Abdullah bin al walid ke talluq se kehte hai iski hadees sahih hai.[Al jarh wa tadeel j5 pg 188] Aur Muamal bin ismail ke talluq se kehte hai galtiyaan karta tha.(Yahya ibn yaman se zyada galti karta tha.)[Sawal e marwazi pg53].

Jawab no 4: Agar bilfazr Muamaml bin ismail r.h ko suduq bhi manle toh bhi unki “Ala Sadr” ki zyadati gair mehfooz hi rahegi.

Khud kifayatullah Sanabali sahab Hazrat ibn Abbas r.d ke 3 deen qurbani ke athar ko zaef sabit karne ke liye is rawi par qalam karte hue likhte hai “Agarche yeh suduq hai bukhari ke rijal mein se hai magar mutakalam fi hai mutaddid muhaddissin ne in par qalam kiya hai aur zuafa ke muallif ne inhe zuafa mein zikr kiya hai aam halat mein mawsoof mautbar hai lekin mawsoof ke aise tafaruddat qabil e qubul nahi honge jinme galti ka qawi ehtamaal ho”[4 deen qurbani ki mashruiyat pg 53].

Jab yeh baat Kifayatulah sahab ek suduq rawi ke talluq se maante hai jo ki Muamal bin ismail se bahot behtar hai toh fir Muamal bin ismail ki Seene par haath bandhne wali hadees ke talluq se toh lazim utarti hai kyuki Hazrat Wail bin hujr r.d ki seene par haath bandhne wali hadees mein muhadissin ne sarahat ki hai Muamal bin ismail ka tafarrud hai aur saath mein is baat ka kawi ehtmaal hai ki Muamal bin ismail se yaha par galti hui hai aur saath hi Muamal bin ismail ke alwa naa Asim bin kulayb ke shagirdo mein se aur naa hi sufyan sawri r.h ke 3 shargirdo mein se “Ala Sadr” ki munkar o shaaz zyadati kisine bayan kiya hai.

Kya Gairmuqallidin ke nazdeek gair manafi yaani aisi zyadati jisme zyadati naqal karne wala rawi kisi ki mukhalifat nahi kar raha ho qabool hai ?

Kifayatullah sahab ek baat yeh bhi kehte hai Muamal bin ismail ne jo zyadati naqal ki hai woh gair manafi yaani kisi ki mukhalifat sabit nahi hai. .[Anwar al badr edition 2 pg 161]

Jawab :- Qareen gairmuqallidin hazrat ke nazdeek Zyadati yaani matn yaa sanad mein bada dena mukhalfat ki hi ek surat hai.iski kaafi misale di jaa sakti hai.qareen ke liye hum yahan par ek missal naqal kardete hai khud kifayatullah sahab ke muhaddis e asr Shaikh Nasiruddin Albani ke qalam se:

Shaikh Nasiruddin albani apni kitab Silsila ahdees e sahiha hadees no 2476 par likhte hai: “AbuNasr agarche siqah muslim ke rijal hai inhone siqah ki mukhalifat kar rakhi hai phele tarrik mein jo warid hua hai is ki ,isme zyadati ki hai aur isko mawsool bayan kardiya hai “ibn abi Hussain” ka izafa karke suleman aur jabir ke darmiyan, yeh riwayat shaaz hai”

Allama Ubaidullah mubarakpuri kehte hai “Maloonm hua ki siqah ki har gair manafi zyadati ke maqbol hone ka hukmaam galat hai.kabhi baaz zyadati bawjood siqah se marwi aur gair manafi hone ki malool hone ki buniyaad par gairmqabool hoti hai”[Fatawa shaikh ul hadees mubarakpuri j1 pg446]

Kifayatullah sahab apne hi maktab e fikr ke alim Zubair ali Zai ka jawab dete hue likhte hai “Kyuki yahan sirf ek siqah rawi ki mukhalifat hai aur zere bahes riwayat mein toh mutadid siqat ki mukhalifat hai.” [Zubair ali Zai par radd mein pheli tehrir pg 12]

Dusre Maqam par likhte hai “ Lekin iska yeh matlab nahi ki inqata ka izala hogaya aur mazkoor riwayat sahih hogayi kyuki mawsool riwayat karne wale mohammad bin tahir agarche siqah hai lekin mutakallim fi hai lihaaza siqah ke khilaaf inka mawsool bayan karna gair maqbool hai” [Zubair ali Zai par radd mein pheli tehrir pg 11].

In tamam dalail se wazeh hota hai ki Muamal bin Ismail ki “Ala Sadr” ki zyadati durust nahi hai kyuki unhone apne se awsak aur ek jamaat ki mukhalifat ki hai.jis wajah “Hazrat Wail bin Hujr r.d ki Namaz mein Seene par Haath Bandhne wali hadees MUNKAR hai”
