Qabeesah bin hulb Majhool hai.

Kifayatullah Sahab qabeesah bin hulb ko siqah mante hai.Lekin inshaallah jo tauseeq aur jarh a jawab unhone diya hai unhe unke hi ghar ke hawale bataya aayega ki woh tamam mardood aur baatil hai.

Majhool hone ka sabot khud gair muqaliidin ke usul se;-

  • Imam Bukhari:-Tarikh e kabir j7 pg 177 par qabeesah bin hulb ka baab hai(raqam 790) aur Imam bukhari naa koi jarh naqal ki naa koi tadeel.
  • Gair muqalid Alim Shaikh Abu abdurrehman fauzi Sahab jinki kitab ka tarjuma gair muqalid Alim siddiq raza ne kiya hai kitab ka naam hai “Mashoor waqiyat ki haqeeqat” aur ispar nazar e saani gair muqalid Alim zubair ali zai kiya hai.is kitab ke pg 92,119,120 par likha hua hai jisko Imam bukhari Tarikh e Kabir mein naqal kare aur uspar na jarh na tadeel kare toh woh raawi majhool hoga. Shaikh Abu abdurrehman fauzi Sahab koi choote Alim nahi hai unki tariff mashoor waqiyat ki shuru mein dekhe.Toh gair muqaliidin ke usul se qabeesah bin Imam bukhari ke nazdik majhool hai gair muqaliidin ke usul se.

Note: mashoor waqiyat ki haqeeqat is kitab par nazar e saani mashoor gair muqallid alim zubair ali zai ne ki hai.Zuabir ali zai ne jahan par bhi is kitab mein usul mein ikhtalaf kiya hai toh hashiya lagaya hai.par Imam bukharia aur Imam abu hati ke talluq se jo usul bayan kiya gaya isme koi hashiya zubair ali zai sahab ne nahi lagaya hai.iska matlab isse woh muwafaiq rahe honge. issi tarah se is kitab ke mutarjeem yaani arnslator Gair muqallid alim Maulana Siddiq raza aur Takreej likhen wale Gair muqallid alim ne bhi yaha par koi ikhtalaf nahi kiya hai.jisse yeh samjh mein aata hai yeh tamam hazrat isse mutaffiq thai.

  • Imam Abu Hatim razi:-apni kitab al jarh wa tadeel j7 pg 125 raqam 716 par qabeesah bin hulb ka tarjuma yaani chapter bandha hai aur uspar naa koi jarh karte hai aur na hi koi tadeel karte hai.
  • Shaikh Abu abdurrehman fauzi Sahab ki mutrjum shuda kitab “mashoor waqiyat ki haqeeqat” pg 65,92,95,116 aur 119 par usul naqal karte agar kisi rawi ko apni kitab al jarh wa tadeel mein naqal kare aur aur naa uspar koi tadeel naqal kare naa jarh naqal kare toh aisa rawi majhool hoga.
  • Muhibullahshah rashidi ne bhi (haft roza al aitesham pg 11 25 november 1994 Bahawal Tadad Rakat e Tarweeh ka tehqiqi jaiza Maulana Zahoor Ahmad hussaini).

كما قال أبو حاتم على ما في “ الجرح والتعديل “ (3 / 1 / 46) ولم يذكر فيه جرحا ولا تعديلا فهو مجهول الحال

Shaikh nasiruddin albani apni kitab silsila ahadees e zaefa j1 pg 136 mein par ek rawi ke talluq kehte hai abu Hatim ne unke talluq se koi tausiq zikr nahi kahin hai (al jarh wa tadeel ) aur woh unke qareeb majhool haal hai.

  • Imam Ali ibn madani ne kahan qabeesah majhool hai isse kisine riwayat nahi kiya siwaye simak ke (meezan al aitedal j3 pg 384 raqam 6863,Tehzeeb al kamal j23 pg 493 Tehzeeb ut Tehzeeb j8 pg 350 raqam 635,Mirat mubarakpuri j3 pg 74 raqam 89,asal sifat salat un nabi albani j1 pg 213)
  • Imam Nasai ne kaha majhool (same refrence as above)

Aitraaz no 3 aur 4 par Kifayatullah ko aitraaz hai ki yeh bagair sanad ke saath qaul hai isliye isse qubul nahi kiya jaa sakta hai

Jawab :-khud anwar al badr mein iska jawab dete hai.Kifayatullah sahab ne apni kitab ka muqadma shaikh irshad ul haq asri se likhwaya hai hai aur unhone khud Kifayatullah key eh aitraaz ka jawab diya hai.shaikh irshad al haq muqadme ke akhiri mein farmate hai anwar al badr ke pg 33 par “Albatta yeh nakara yaha ek baat kaen bagair nahi reh sakta, Allama mizzi,Allama Ibn jawzi yaa Allama zahabi ho agar aimma mutaqaddimin mein se koi naqd o jarh naqal kare yaa kisi ki tausiq naql kae yaa unke aqwal agar inke mutade awal (yaani phele) ki kitab mein nahi milte toh bila wajh isse inkar durust nahi is inkar ka mantaqi natija yeh hai ki.hum allama mizzi wagaira se zyada mohtat hai aur unhone bila sabot in aqwal ka intesaab aimma ikram ki taraf karke jurm ka irtekaab kiya aur yeh be aitmaadi balki badzani ka misdak hai”.shaikh irshad al haq asri ke is ibarat se pata chalta hai Imam nasai aur Imam ibn madani ka qaul bagair kisi wajh ke radd karna sahih nahi hai.

  • Imam Ibn hajr :-Qabeesah bin hulb ke bare mein taqreeb raqam 5516 par kehte hai maqbool.maqbool ke talluq se ibn hajr ka usul:-agar is rawi ka koi Shahid milege toh qubul iya jaayega aur agar koi Shahid nahi milta hai iss rawi ka toh uski hadees ko chod (reject) kar diya jaayega.
  • Gair muqalid Alim Shaikh Abu abdurrehman fauzi Sahab “mashoor waqiyat ki haqeeqat” pg 87,106 aur 116 par kehta hai.
  • Allama albani bhi yeh usul mante hai apni kitab “silsila ahadees e zaefa”j3 pg 377 raqam 1232 aur j4 pg 78 raqam 1577 ek rawi ke talluq se kehte hai ibn hajr ne inhe majbool kaha hai yaani yeh maqbool nahi hai maqbool tab honge jab inke shawahid milenge.
  • Imam Zahabi:-Imam zahabi ne qabeesah bin hulb ke talluq se kaha hai “wus siqah” yaani uski tauseeq ki gayi hai.(Al kashif j2 pg 133 raqam 549).wusu siqah iska matlab tauseeq ki gayi hai.
  • Kifayatullah Sahab khud kehte hai Imam zahabi ke qaul wus siqah ke talluq se apni kitab yazeed bin mawiya par aitraaz ke tehqiqi jawab pg 671,693.aap kashif mein sigah e tamreez ke saath kisi ki tauseeq yaa tazaef kare toh yeh ishara woh hota hai yahan par tazaef yaa tauseeq mautbar nahi hai.chunanche allama albani el maqam par farmate hai “isliye Imam zahabi r.h ne kashif mein isbat ki taraf ishara kiya ki mashkura tauseeq gair mautbar hai chunanche unhone sigah e tamreez ke saath kaha hai inki tauseeq ki gayi hai.”uske baad Kifayatullah Sahab khulassa naqal karte hai Imam zahabi “wus siqah” kahein toh is baat ki taraf ishara hota hai ki jis rawi ki tausiq ki gayi hai woh gair mautbar hai.
  • Shaikh Albani ka hawala silsila ahadees e zaefa j3 pg 377 raqam 1232.
  • Amr Abdul Munim Alim Salfi : Tahsil maa faat al tahdis page 83 naami apni kitab mein Qabeesah bin hulb ko majhool maana hai.Amr abdul munim Alim mashoor Salafi Alim hai.
  • Abdul aziz bin marzook al tarifi: Qabeesah majhool hai (Siafat us salat un nabi pg 88,89)
  • Muqabil ibn wadi al hadi: Qabeesah bin hulb ko majhool kaha hai(Riyaz al jannah pg 114)
  • Shaikh Shoaib Arnaut: Qabeesah bin hulb majhool hai(Musnad e Ahmad hadees no 21967,Tehrer taqreeb ut Tehzeeb raqam 5516)
  • Dr Basshar awaad al Maarof : Qabeesah bin hulb majhool hai(Tehrer taqreeb ut Tehzeeb raqam 5516)
  • Salfi Alim Shaikh Maher bin fahl: Qabeesah bin hulb majhool hai .[Aasar ilal ul hadees fi iktalaf al fuqah j1/pg280]
  • Shaikh Nasiruddin albani: Qabeesah bin hulb ki hadees shawahid ke buniyaad par hasan hai (Ahkam al janaizh pg 118).yaani shaikh albani bhi maante hai qabeesah ki hadees uske majhool hone ki buniyad par zaef hai.
