Qabeesah bin Hulb ki tausiq ka jawab

Kifayatullah Sanabali ki Qabeesah bin hulb ki Tauseeq mein pesh karda aqwal ka tehqiqi jaiza is article mein liya jaayega.

Imam Ijli kehte hai siqah(as siqat al ijli)

Jawab:- Imam ijli r.h gairmuqallidin ke nazdeek Mutasahil hai.

Note:Yaad rahe ki shaikh Kifayatullah Sanabili kehte hai apni kitan Anwar al badr mein Simak bin Harb ke risaale mein ki Imam uqaili aur Imam jawzi ka simak bin harb ko zaufa mein naqal karne se se lazim nahi aata ki woh unke nazdeek zaef hai.toh hum Kifayatullah Sahab ko ilzaami taur par kehna chahenge ki fir apke nazdeek agar koi Imam e hadees kisi rawi ko apni siqat mein zikr kare toh fir uska uske nazdeek siqah hona bhi lazim nahi hota hoga.

1.Shaikh Nasiruddin Albani :

Imam Ijli mutasahil hai yeh baat shaikh albani r.h Irwa galil j5 pg 289 par farmate hai Imam Ijli mutasahil hai tauseeq karne mein.

2.Shaikh Abdurrehman Maulimi al Yamani

Allama Abdur rehman mualami yamani jinhe zubair ali zai “zahabi e asr kehte hai”

Kifayatullah Sahab apni do kitab anwar al badr pg 23,343 aur yazeed bin mawiya par aitraaz ka jawab pg 118 par par Allama abdur rehman mualami yamani ko zahabi e asr kehte hai.

Shaikh Abdur rehman mualimi al yamani ne Imam ijli ko Mutasahil kaha hai.(At tankeel j1,pg Anwar al kashif j1,pg 108)

Apni dusri kitab Al nukat al jiyaad pg 588 par kehte hai Imam ijli ka tasahul bahot hai,khaas taur par Tabiin ke tabke mein,jo majhool hai hai unhe tabii siqah keh dete hai.

Toh Kifayatullah Sahab aur zubair ali zai Sahab dono ke zahabi e asr allama abdur rehman mualami yamani bhi Imam ijli ko mutasahil mante thai.(maqalat j6 pg 153)

3.Salafi Alim Abu Ishaq Asri al Huwaini ne bahot se maqam par Imam ijli ke mutasahil hone ki taraf ishara kiya hai. (naslul bab majmua rijal huwaini pg 46,393,408,497)

4.Salafi Alim Shaikh Muqbil ibn Haadi al Wadi ne bhi Imam ijli ko mutasahil kaha hai bahot se maqam par (Al durrur fi masail al mustalah wal aasar pg 20, Al muktarih pg 46,47,187)

Imam Ijli Majhooleen ki tauseeq mein mutasahil hai (Tehqiq Mustadrak al Hakim j1,pg 525)

5.Gair muqallid Alim Zakariya gulam kadir Pakistani apni kitab Tankeeh al kalam ke pg 345 par Imam Ijli ko mutasahil kaha hai.

6.Salfi Alim Dr. Qasim ali saad ne Imam nasai ke manhaj e hadees par kitab likhi hai pg 1521 par likhi hai Imam Ijli mutasahil hai tauseeq mein.

7.Salfi Alim Dr. Akram Zia umri: Imam Ijli Majhooleen ki tauseeq mein mutasahil hai.(Al buhoosun fee taarikh is sunnatil musharraqa pg 118)

8.Mohammad Nuaym al arkasusi: Imam Ijli mutasahil hai (Musnad e ahmad risala j6,pg 248)

9.Ibrahim zaibak: Imam Ijli mutasahil hai (Musnad e ahmad risala j6,pg 248)

10.Maulana Abdul raud sindhu likhte hai: Ek rawi ke talluq se kehte hai “Isse imam ijli ne Tarikh us siqat(186) mein aur imam ibn hibban ne kitab us siqat j8,pg 261 mein zikr kiya hai magar yeh dono tauseeq ke mamle mein mutasahil hai”aur dusre maqam (Al qaul al maqbool pg 272)

11.Shaikh Abu abdurrehman fauzi apni kitab “mashoor waqiyat ki haqeeqat” pg 92,93 par Imam ijli ko mutasahil kaha hai

12.Salfi Alim shaikh Dr Hatim sharif al Awni apni kitab Izzat al bahesiya fi uloom sunnah ke pg no 68 se pg no 85 tak Imam Ijli r.h ki tauseeq ke talluq se bahes ki aur unhe mutassahil kaha hai.(Kitab ka naam إضاءات بحثية في علوم السنة)

13.Shaikh Abdul Aziz bin Abdul Latif: Imam Ijli ko mutasahil likha hai.(Zawabit Jarh wa Tadeel pg 65) dusre maqam par likhte hai “والعجلي قريب منه في توثيق المجاهيل من القدماء” Qadeem Rawiyo mein se jo majhool hai unki tauseeq karne ke mamle mein Imam Ijli r.h bhi Imam ibn hibban r.h ke qareeb hai.

Aage hashiya mein likhte Gair muqallid Alim Shaikh Abdul Alim Abdul Azim Bastawi ne Imam Ijli ke tasahul par likha hai ki:

ويظهر تساهل العجلي في الأمور التالية:

أولاً: إطلاق (ثقة) على الصدوق فمن دونه.

ثانياً: إطلاق (لا بأس به) على من هو ضعيف.

ثالثاً: إطلاق (ضعيف) على من هو ضعيف جداً أو متروك.

رابعاً: توثيق مجهولي الحال ومن لم يرو عنه إلّا راو واحد. تحقيق كتاب معرفة الثقات 1/125 ـ 127.

“Imam Ijli ka tasahul darj e zail Maqam par dekha jaa sakta hai

  1. Woh sudooq ya unke niche ke darje ke rawi hote hai unhe siqah kehte hai
  2. Jo zaef hote hai unpar “Laa baasa bihi” kehte hai
  3. Jo zaef hote hai yaa fir matrook hote hai unhe sirf zaef kehte hai
  4. Jo majhool hote hai unse sirf ek rawi riwayat karta hai unhe siqah keh dete hai

Tehqiq kitab marifat al siqat j1 pg 125–127”

Khud Kifayatullah Sanabili ke usul se bhi Imam ijli ki tauseeq ka radd hota. Kifayatullah sanabili khud kehte hai Imam zahabi ke qaul wus siqah ke talluq se apni kitab yazeed bin mawiya par aitraaz ke tehqiqi jawab pg 693.aap kashif mein sigah e tamreez ke saath kisi ki tauseeq yaa tazaef kare toh yeh ishara woh hota hai yahan par tazaef yaa tauseeq mautbar nahi hai.chunanche allama albani ek maqam par farmate hai “isliye Imam zahabi r.h ne kashif mein isbat ki taraf ishara kiya ki mashkura tauseeq gair mautbar hai chunanche unhone sigah e tamreez ke saath kaha hai inki tauseeq ki gayi hai.”uske baad Kifayatullah Sahab khulassa naqal karte hai Imam zahabi “wus siqah” kahein toh is baat ki taraf ishara hota hai ki jis rawi ki tausiq ki gayi hai woh gair mautbar hai.albani Sahab ka hawala silsila ahadees e zaefa j3 pg 377 raqam 1232.Shaikh Albania age yeh kehte hai ki Imam zahabi ka “Wu Siqah” kehna aise hi jaise Hafiz ibn Hajr kehte hai “Maqbool” (apni kitab taqreeb ke andar)

Qabeesah bin hulb ko bhi Imam Zahabi ne “Wu Siqah” aur Hafiz ibn Hajr ne “Maqbool” kaha hai.

Gair muqallid Alim Gazi Aziz Mubarakpuri kehta hai “Imam Ijli aur Imam ibn Hibban(Tauseeq e majahileen ke mamale mein) bahot zyada mutasahil thai” (Zaef hadees ki marifat aur unki sharayi haisiyat pg 47)

Imam ibn hibban ki tauseeq ka jawab:-

Imam ibn hibban bahot mutasahil hai khususan majhool ki tauseeq ke mamle mein.

1.Shaikh Albani Irwa al Galil j3 pg 309 raqam 824 par Imam ibn hibban aur Imam ijli ko mutasahil kaha hai.

2.Shaikh Abu abdurrehman fauzi apni kitab “mashoor waqiyat ki haqeeqat” pg 65,92,93 and 119 par ibn hibban ko mutasahil kaha hai.isbaat ko siddiq raza bhi mante hai pg 65

3.Gair muqallid Alim Gazi Aziz Mubarakpuri kehta hai “Imam Ijli aur Imam ibn Hibban(Tauseeq e majahileen ke mamale mein) bahot zyada mutasahil thai” (Zaef hadees ki marifat aur unki sharayi haisiyat pg 47)

4.Hafiz Mohammad gondalvi likhte hai: Ibn hibban ne isko siqat mein zikr kiya hai magar ibn hibban ka tasahhul mashoor hai (Khairul kalam pg 252)

5.Maulana Abdul raud sindhu likhte hai: Ek rawi ke talluq se kehte hai “Isse imam ijli ne Tarikh us siqat(186) mein aur imam ibn hibban ne kitab us siqat j8,pg 261 mein zikr kiya hai magar yeh dono tauseeq ke mamle mein mutasahil hai” (Al qaul al maqbool pg 272)

6.Shaikh Irshad al haq asri kehte hai: Ibn hibban mutasahil hai.(Zawabit jarh wa tadeel pg 34)

7.Gair muqallid Alim hafiz Abdul mannan noorpuri likhte hai : ibn khuzaimah aur ibn hibban ka tasahul mashoor hai.(Tadad e rakat taraweeh pg 34,Maqalat e Noorpuri pg 330).

Gair muqallidin ke aur bhi ulama ne ibn hibban ko mutasahil kaha hai.Ab jab itne saare gair muqallidin ulama ne ibn hibban ki tauseeq ko majhool rawiyo ke talluq se naa qabil e aitmaad bataya hai toh fir yahan par Kifayatullah Sahab ka isse pesh karna mardood hai.

Imam Tirmizi ,Imam Tusi,Imam Baghwi ki tauseeq ka jawab:- In teeno hazrat ne unki hadees ko hasan kaha hai.i teeno hazrat ne ek hi hadees ko hasan kaha hai jo Imam tirmzi ne apni kitab mein naql kiya hai ki hulb at tai rd farmate hai allah ke nabi apne daaye haath ko baaye haath par rakhte hai.is riwayat mein qabeesah bin hulb hai.

Jawab:- Imam Tirmizi gairmuqallidin e nazdeek mutasahil hai.

  • Allama abur rehman Mubarakpuri rh kehte hai Imam tirmizi rh ki tehseen par aitmaad nahi is wajah se ke inme tasahul hai[Abkar al minan pg 684]
  • Shaikh Albani kehte hai Imam trimizi mutasahil hai tashih aur tehseen mein[Silsila ahadees e zaefa wa mauzua j1/pg85]
  • Shaikh Mualimi kehte hai tirmizi mutasahil hai [Risala Qirat al mamumi al fatiha,Asar al shaikh al mualami j18/pg116 ]

Imam tirmizi ne hadees ko “Hasan” kaha toh sirf shawahid ki buniyaad par kaha hai.

Imam Tusi ka hawala dena sirf dhoka hai kyuki Imam tusi rh ne Sirf Imam Tirmizi ki kitab Jami Tirmizi mein mawjood Hadeeso ko apni sanad se bayan kiya hai.uspar hukm Imam Tirmizi ka hi rehna diya.toh yeh kehna ki Imam tusi ne hadees ko hasan kaha hai yeh galat hai

Agar mann bhi liya jaaye ki Imam Tusi rh aur Imam Baghwi rh e inki hadees ko haan kaha hai toh us jab khud hum Gair muqallido ke Allama Shaikh Nasiruddin Albani se pesh karte hai.

  • Allama nasiruddin albani apni kitab Ahkam janaiz pg 118 par qabeesah ki hadees ke talluq se farmate hai hai hadees hasan hai shawahid ki bunyaad par.albani Sahab ne wazeh kardiya ki hadees bizati hasan nahi hai balki shawahid ke bunyad par hasan hai yaani hasan li gairrahi hai.namaz mein daaye haath ko baaye haath par rakhne ki bahot si hadees marwi hai jaise ki Abdullah ibn Masood rd se,hazrat sahl bin sad rd wagaira se.

Isse baat yeh wazeh hogayi ki tirmizi ki hadees e hulb fi nafsihi zaef hai qabeesah ke wajah se.yaad rahe ibn hajr ne bhi yeh usul bayan kiya tha jis rawi ko woh maqbool kahein taqreeb mein aur uski hadees ke shawahid mile toh toh hadees qubul ki jaayegi warna woh hadees mardood yaani rejected hogi.

Note:-yaad rahe do shaaz wa munkar hadees milkar hasan nahi ho sakte.yeh khud gair muqalid ka usul hai dekhiye maqalat e asariya jahan par khubaib ahmad Sahab imama sakahawi ke hawale se kehte hai ki hadees ke hasan li gairahi ki tarif se shaaz aur munkar wiayat kharij hai.

Imam ibn abdul barr ne inki hadees ko sahih kaha hai.

Jawab :-Imam ibn abdul barr ne bhi Imam tirmizi ki bayan karda hadees ko hi sahih kaha.Imam ibn abdul barr ki yeh taseeh sahih nahi.asal mein yeh hadees hasan li gair rahi hai jaise ki shaikh albani ne bhi iski wazahat ki hai aur hasan li gairahi se rawi ki tauseeq karna batil wa mardood hai.

Kifayatullah sanabali sahib khud Anwar al badr ke pg 27 Par unwaan qayyim karte hai “Zimni tauseeq” aur uske tahet likhte hai “Zimni tauseeq se hamari murad yeh hai ki muhadissin kisi hadees ki sanad ki tashih yaa tehseen kare toh yeh in muhaddisin ki taraf se is sanad ke tamam ruwaat ki tauseeq hoti hai dekhiye 246,247_” fir aage likhte hai “lekin yaad rahe ki yeh qaida kulliya nahi hai balki yeh bhi mumkin hai ki zaef rawi par mushtamil sanad ko muhaddisin shawahid yaa mutabiyat ki wajah se sahih yaa hasan kahein, yaa sahih wa hasan kehne mein tasahul bhi ho sakta hai.isliye jahan is tarah ke ishara mil jaaye wahan hum is tarah ki tauseeq ko hujjat nahi samjhte”.Khud kifayatullah sanabali aur unke Muhaddis e waqt Shaikh albani ki ibarat se wazeh hogaya hai ki Imam ibn abdul barr rh ne yaa toh yahan par tasahul dikhaya hai apna yaa fir shawahid aur mutabiyat ki buniyaad par hadees ko sahih kehdiya hai.isliye kifayatullah sahib ka Imam ibn abdul barr ki tasheeh se Qabeesah bin hulb ki tauseeq sabit karna batil waa mardood hai.

Majhool ki hadees ka hukm gair muqalid

  • Maulana mohammad gondalvi kehte hai “majhool kehna jarh e mufassar hai”(maqalat e mohaddis gondhalvi pg 469)
  • Mashoor waqiyat ki haqeeqat pg 177 par zubair ali zai Sahab tambeeh ke taur par farmate “ki majhool ki riwayat sahih nahi balki zaef aur mardood hoti hai”.
