Kya Ibn Hajr r.h ne Qabeesah bin Hulb ko Siqah aur Hasan kaha hai?

Kifayatullah sanabali sahab Anwar al abdr ke pg 85 par “Tambeeh duam” ke naam se unwaan bandhte hai.aur aage likhte hai “Hafiz ibn hajr r.h ne qabeesah bin hulb ko taqreeb mein maqbool kaha hai. [Taqreeb ut tehzeeb raqam 5516]

Arz hai ki hafiz ibn hajr r.h ne is rawi ko sarahatan kahin bhi zaef nahi kaha hai aur taqreeb mein is rawi ko sirf maqbool kehna yeh hafiz ibn hajr ka tasamooh hai kyuki muhaddissin ne inki tauseeq ki hai aur kisi ne bhi inhe zaef nahi kaha hai”

Jawab:- Qabeesah bin hulb ke bare mein taqreeb raqam 5516 par kehte hai maqbool.

ibn hajr agar taqreeb mein kisi rawi maqbool kahein toh iska matlab iss rawi ki hadees tab qaubul yaaani accept ki jaayegi jab uski shawahid mawjood ho.Khud gair muqalid Alim Shaikh Abu abdurrehman fauzi Sahab “mashoor waqiyat ki haqeeqat” pg 87,106 aur 116 par kehte hai Hafiz ibn hajr ne iss rawi ko taqreeb mein maqbool kaha hai yaani majhool hai.

Allama albani bhi yeh usul mante hai apni kitab “silsila ahadees e zaefa”j3 pg 377 raqam 1232 aur j4 pg 78 raqam 1577 ek rawi ke talluq se kehte hai ibn hajr ne inhe majbool kaha hai yaani yeh maqbool nahi hai maqbool tab honge jab inke shawahid milenge.maqbool ke talluq se ibn hajr ka usul:-agar is rawi ka koi Shahid milege toh qubul iya jaayega aur agar koi Shahid nahi milta hai iss rawi ka toh uski hadees ko chod (reject) kar diya jaayega.

Aur kifayatullah sahab ki yeh baat ki “Imam ibn hajr ko tasamooh hua hai kyuki muhaddissin ne inki tauseeq ki hai aur kisi ne bhi inhe zaef nahi kaha hai” yeh baat galat hai khud kifayatullah sahab ke usul se bhi.

Kifayatullah sahab apni ki kitab yazeed bin mawiya par ilzaamat ka tehqiq jaiza mein farmate hai ki “Imam Zahabi “wus siqah” kahein toh is baat ki taraf ishara hota hai ki jis rawi ki tausiq ki gayi hai woh gair mautbar hai” [yazeed bin mawiya par ilzaamat ka tehqiq jaiza pg 671,693]

Imam zahabi ne qabeesah bin hulb ke talluq se kaha hai “wus siqah” yaani uski tauseeq ki gayi hai.(Al kashif j2 pg 133 raqam 549)

Kifayatullah Sahab khud kehte hai Imam zahabi ke qaul wus siqah ke talluq se apni kitab yazeed bin mawiya par aitraaz ke tehqiqi jawab pg 671,693.aap kashif mein sigah e tamreez ke saath kisi ki tauseeq yaa tazaef kare toh yeh ishara woh hota hai yahan par tazaef yaa tauseeq mautbar nahi hai.chunanche allama albani ek maqam par farmate hai “isliye Imam zahabi r.h ne kashif mein isbat ki taraf ishara kiya ki mashkura tauseeq gair mautbar hai chunanche unhone sigah e tamreez ke saath kaha hai inki tauseeq ki gayi hai.”uske baad Kifayatullah Sahab khulassa naqal karte hai Imam zahabi “wus siqah” kahein toh is baat ki taraf ishara hota hai ki jis rawi ki tausiq ki gayi hai woh gair mautbar hai.albani Sahab ka hawala silsila ahadees e zaefa j3 pg 377 raqam 1232.

Khud kifayatullah sahab ke usul aur ibarat se pata chalta hai ki jin logo ne qabeesah bin hulb ki jo tauseeq ki hai woh mautbar nahi hai khud unke nazdeek aur ispar yeh kehna ki hafiz ibn hajr se tasamooh hua hai qabeesah bin hulb ko “Maqbool” kehne mein yeh kaha ka insaaf hai.jab aap khud aise tauseeq ko mautbar nahi maante ho.

Aage kifayatullah sahab yeh kehte hai ki kisine qabeesah bin hulb ki tazaef nahi ki.

Jawab:- Kifayatullah sahab ka yeh kehna ki kisine bhi qabeesah bin hulb ki tazaef nahi ki hai yeh baat durust nahi hai.

Imam Mizzi,Imam Zahabi, Imam Ibn hajr r.h ne qabeesahb bin hulb par Imam Ali ibn madni aur Imam nasai se “Majhool” ki jarh naqal ki hai. [Meezan al aitedal j3 pg 384 raqam 6863,Tehzeeb al kamal j23 pg 493 Tehzeeb ut Tehzeeb j8 pg 350 raqam 635,Mirat mubarakpuri j3 pg 74 raqam 89,asal sifat salat un nabi albani j1 pg 213]

Gair muqallidin ke nazdeek “Majhool kehna yeh jarh mufassar hai.”

  • Maulana mohammad gondalvi kehte hai “majhool kehna jarh e mufassar hai”(maqalat e mohaddis gondhalvi pg 469)
  • Mashoor waqiyat ki haqeeqat pg 177 par zubair ali zai Sahab tambeeh ke taur par farmate “ki majhool ki riwayat sahih nahi balki zaef aur mardood hoti hai”.

Aage Kifayatullah Sanabali kehte hai pg 85 par “Balki baaz aisi riwayat ko bhi ne maqbool kehdiya hai jisse khud hafiz ibn hajr r.h ne dusre maqam par siqah batlaaya hai yaani ki ahadees ki tasaheeh wa tehseen ki hai. Hatta ki hafiz ibn hajr r.h ke is tarz-e-amal ki wajah se baaz mhaqiqqen ne tehqiq pesh ki hai ki hafiz ibn hajr jisse maqbool waah khud hafiz ibn hajr r.h ke nazdeek hasan ul hadees hota hai tafseel ke liye dekhiye [الراوي المقبول عند ابن حجر تطبىيقات فى كتب الحديث] aur [مصطلح مقبول عند ابن حجر وتطبيقاته على الرواة من الطبقتين الثانية والثالثة في كتب السنن الأربعة page 108 -110] ”

Aage kehte hai “Maukhar al zikr kitab (مصطلح مقبول عند ابن حجر وتطبيقاته على الرواة من الطبقتين الثانية والثالثة في كتب السنن الأربعة) ke muallif ne aisi kayi missal pesh ki hai kijis awi ko hafiz ibn hajr r.h ne maqbool kaha hai khud is rwai ki riwayat ko hafiz ibn hajr ne hasan bhi kaha hai.fir age unhone kuch missal pesh (مصطلح مقبول عند ابن حجر وتطبيقاته على الرواة من الطبقتين الثانية والثالثة في كتب السنن الأربعة) is kitab se.

Jawab: Kifayatullah sanabali sahab ne Qabeesah bin hulb ko Imam ibn hajr ke nazdeek Hasan ul hadees sabit karne ke liye purazoor laga diya hai.Barhaal hum unke pesh karda dalilo ka jaiza lete hai.

Kifayatullah sahab ne qabeesah bin hulb ko hasan ul hadees sabit karne ka daromadar “Mohammad Ragheb Rashed al-Jittan” ki P.H.D ki ek thesis yaani research karda book par rakaha hai jiska naam hai “مصطلح مقبول عند ابن حجر وتطبيقاته على الرواة من الطبقتين الثانية والثالثة في كتب السنن الأربعة”.

Imam ibn hajr r.h ne jin rawiyo ko maqbool kaha hai unki riwayat ko hasan bhi kaha hai iski misaal di hai pg 108–110.

Lekin jo misaale di hai usme ek bhi riwayat Qabeesah bin hulb ki nahi hai jisse imam ibn hajr ne Hasan kaha hai.isse kaha yeh baat kaha laazim aati hai ki Imam ibn hajr r.h ke nazdeek Qabeesah bin hulb hasan hai.balki ibn hajr r.h ke nazdeek yeh rawi maqbool hi hai. “Mohammad Ragheb Rasheed al-Jattin” ne khud ussi kitab jiska hawala kifayatullah sahab ne Qabeesah bin hulb ko ibn hajr r.h ke nazdeek hasan sabit karne ke liye di hai us hi kitab mein Qabeesah bin hulb par jarh mawjood hai.jo inshaallah hum aapko batayenge.

“Mohammad Ragheb Rasheed al-Jattin” apni is kitab ke Conclusion mein jo ki P.H.D ki research work ke akhiri mein likha jaata hai farmate hai.usme se kuch important points hum apke saamne pesh kar dete hai.Jisse aap ko pata chalega ki is kitab e muhaqiq ne mutlaqan tamam un rawiyo ko hasan nahi kaha hai jinhe imam ibn hajr ne maqbool kaha hai.balki is kitab ke muhaqiq ne category banayi hai jisme un rawiyo ki tadad batayi hai jo ibn hajr ke nzadek maqbool hai lekin kuch usme siqah hai,kuch zaef hai baaki majhool hai.jiski tafseel niche mawjood hai.

“Muhaqiq Mohammad Ragheb Rasheed al Jattin kehte hai:-

287 se zyada maqbool rawiyo par gaur se padne se pata chala ki

  • In 287 mein se 9 maqbool rawi siqah hai
  • 8 maqbool rawi aise hai jo zaef hai
  • 270 maqbool rawi majhool hai”

104 majhool rawi mein se 104 ki mutabiyat mawjood hai.

  • 104 mein 17 rawiyo ki 17 ki sahih mutabiyat mawjood hai.
  • 104 mein 71 rawiyo ki 71 zaef mutabiyat hai
  • 104 mein 16 rawiyo ki 16 zaef aur sahih mutabiyat mawjood hai.

Kifayatullah sahab ne khud is kitab ka hawal dekar apne liye musibiyat khadi kardi kyuki kifayatullah Sahab toh chale thai qabeeah bin hulb ko hasan sabit karne is kitab “مصطلح مقبول عند ابن حجر وتطبيقاته على الرواة من الطبقتين الثانية والثالثة في كتب السنن الأربعة” se lekin issi kitab ke muhaqiq Mohammad Ragheb Rasheed al Jattin ne Qabeesah bin Hulb par Majhool ka hukm laga diya.dekhiye pg 265 raqam 205.

Lihaaza kifayatullah sahab ne bagair puri kitab ko pade sirf apne maqsad ki ibarat ko lekar awaam ko dhoka dene ki koshish ki hai apne masalk ki pass dari mein.agar kitab ko acche se dekhle toh pata chalta ki kitab ke muhaqiq ne Qabeesah bin hulb ko Majhool kaha. Yani 270 rawi jinhe ibn hajr r.h ne maqbool kaha hai asal mein who majhool hai baqaul muhaqiq Mohammad ragheb Rasheed Al- Jattin jisme qabeesahb bin hulb bhi mawjood hai.

Toh yeh baat wazeh hoti hai ki qabeesah bin hulb majhool hai.

Kifayatullah sahab ki ek aur nakaam koshish:-

Qabeesah bin hulb ko Imam ibn hajr ke nzadeek hasan sabit kane ke liye Kifayatullah sanabali Shaikh abu guddah ke ek shagird Dr. Ahmad mabar abdul karim ki kitab [Alfaaz wa ibarat jarh wa tadeel pg 233] se “Jis rawi ko sirf Imam ijli r.h siqah kahein yaa imam ibn hibban r.h bhi inki muwafiqat kare yaa toh is rawi ko apni kitab siqat mein zikr kare yaa apni kitab sahih mein is ki hadees riwayat kare aur is rawi se ek ke alawa kisi aur ne riwayat naa ki ho aur naa hi kisi ne ZAEF kiya ho, toh meine paaya hai ki hafiz ibn hajr r.h ise rawi ki hadees ko kam az kam Hasan li zaati maante hai.”

Jawab:Agar is ibarat ko ek insaan se gaur se padega toh fauran kifayatullah sahab ki khiyaanat ko pakadlega.Is ibarat mein saaf taur par likha hai ki “Naa hi kisi ne ZAEF kiya ho” Yaani agar kisne zaef kiya ho toh wohibn hajr r.h ke nazdeek uski hadees Hasan li zaati nahi hogi.

Qabeesah bin hulb ke saath yeh mamla nahi ki unpar koi jarh nahi hai inpar balki jarh mawjod hai.

  • Amr Abdul Munim Alim Salfi : Tahsil maa faat al tahdis page 83 naami apni kitab mein Qabeesah bin hulb ko majhool maana hai.Amr abdul munim Alim mashoor Salafi Alim hai.
  • Abdul aziz bin marzook al tarifi: Qabeesah majhool hai (Siafat us salat un nabi pg 88,89)
  • Muqabil ibn wadi al hadi: Qabeesah bin hulb ko majhool kaha hai(Riyaz al jannah pg 114)
  • Shaikh Shoaib Arnaut: Qabeesah bin hulb majhool hai(Musnad e Ahmad hadees no 21967,Tehrer taqreeb ut Tehzeeb raqam 5516)
  • Dr Basshar awaad al Maarof : Qabeesah bin hulb majhool hai(Tehrer taqreeb ut Tehzeeb raqam 5516)
  • Salfi Alim Shaikh Maher bin fahl: Qabeesah bin hulb majhool hai .[Aasar ilal ul hadees fi iktalaf al fuqah j1/pg280]
  • Shaikh Nasiruddin albani: Qabeesah bin hulb ki hadees shawahid ke buniyaad par hasan hai (Ahkam al janaizh pg 118).yaani shaikh albani bhi maante hai qabeesah ki hadees uske majhool hone ki buniyad par zaef hai.
  • Mohammad ishaq Mohammad Ibrahim: Qabeesah majhool hai (Hashiya kashful Minhaj jild 1 pg 338 Raqam 556 ,Hashiya no 3, jild 3 pg 457 Hashiya)
  • Mohammad Ragheeb Rasheed al Jattin ne bhi qabeesah bin hulb ko majhool kaha hai [مصطلح مقبول عند ابن حجر وتطبيقاته على الرواة من الطبقتين الثانية والثالثة في كتب السنن الأربعة pg 265 raqam 205]

Aage Kifayatullah Sanabali sahab ek aur naaqam koshish karte hai ki Qabeesah bin hulb ki hadees hasan hoti hai.iske tahet likhte hai “hafiz ibn hajr ne is rawi (Qabeesah bin hulb) ki is riwayat (seene par haath bandhne wali) riwayat ka tazkira fath al bari mein kiya aur ispar sukut ikhtiyaar kiya hai_ aur hafiz ibn hajr ne muqadmah fath al abri mein yeh sarahat kardi hai ki wohfath al bari mein jis jis riwayat par sukut ikhtiyaar karte hai wohinke nazdeek sahih yaa hasan hoti hai”[Muqadmah fath al bari pg 4],issi tarah ki baat hafiz ibn hajr ki dusri kitab ke talluq se bhi kahi hai

Jawab:- FAth al bari mein Hafiz ibn hajr ka sukut hadees ke hasan yaa sahih hone ki dalil hoti hai yeh usul khud gair muqallideen ke nazdeek qabil e qubul nahi hai.Gair muqallidin ulama ka kehna hai ki Hafiz ibn hajr r.h ne bahot se matrook aur zaef rawiyo ki hadees par bhi sukut ikhtiyaar kiya hai.

  1. Maulana Irshad al Haq Asri :- Maulana irshad al haq asri ek arwi ke talluq se bahes karte hue farmate hai ki “Mumkin hai ki phele yeh sawal ho ki hafiz ibn hajr r.h ne fath al bari mein iska zikr kiya hai riwayat toh inki apne batalaye hue usool ke mutabik kam se kam hasan hona chahiye.Iska rawi matrook aur wazzah kyukar ho sakta hai.Magar amr e waqiya ki yeh mahez tufail tasli hai aur hafiz ibn hajr r.h bhi apne usool par qayyim nahi reh sake ” [Ila al sunan fil meezan pg 76].
  1. Hafiz Zubair Ali Zai :- Tehqiq yeh hai Fath ul bari(Talkhis al habir) mein hafiz ibn hajr r.h ka suqoot hadees ke hasan yaa sahih hone ki dalil nahi hai [Fatawa Ilmiya j2 pg 305]
  1. Ibn basshir al hussainwy al asri:- Hafiz ibn hajr ki apni kisi bhi kitab masalan “Fath al bari,Talkhis al habir, Al dirayah, Hidayah al riwayah wagaira mein hadees ka bayan karke is par suqoot ikhtiyaar karna is hadees ka hafiz ibn hajr ke nazdeek sahih yaa hasan hona laazim nahi aata.Fath al bari aur Ad dirayah ke muqadmah mein hafiz ibn hajr ne goyaa kaha hai ki “jis hadees par mein khamoshi ikhtiyaar karu wohmere nazdeek hasan hai.” Lekin is usool par pure nahi utarre balki kazzab aur matrook rawiyo ki riwayat par bhi khamosh rahe hai.”[Usool Jarh wa Tadeel ibn basshir al hussainwy al asri pg 27].

Iske aage Kifayatullah sahab kehte hai ki “Bil farz taslim karliya ki hafiz ibn hajr r.h ke nazdeek yeh rawi (Qabeesah bin hulb) siqah nahi hai toh bhi maheez hafiz ibn hajr r.h ki munfarid raaye se yeh rawi zaef nahi hoayega jab ki deegar kayi muhaddissin ne iski tauseeq ki hai kama maazi.

Mazeed yeh ki iski tauseeq karne wale saare muhaddissin hafiz ibn hajr r.h ke daur se phele ke hai aur janab zafar ahmad usmani deobandi shab ne ek usool pesh karte hue likhte hai:”Mutaqaddim ki tauseeq ke hote hue mutakhireen ki jarh ka koi aitbaar nahi”[fawaid fi uloom ul hadees pg 399] Lihaaza deobandi hazrat ke usool ki roshni mein hafiz ibn hajr r.h ka iss rawi ka is rawi (Qabeesah bin hulb) ko siqah naa manna muzzir nahi hai”[Anwar al badr pg 88].

Jawab:-Kifayatullah sahab ne yaha par ek aur naaqam koshish ki yeh sabit karne ke liye ki Hafiz ibn hajr r.h qabeesah bin hulb par jarh karne mein munfarid hai.

Imam ibn hajr r.h qabeesah bin hulb par jarh karne mein munfarid nahi hai balki Salaf e Ummat mein aur mutaqaddimeen mein se Imam Ali ibn Madni r.h aur Imam Nasai r.h ki jarh “Majhool” ki mawjood hai. Baqaul gair muqallideen hazrat ke qabeesah bin hulb par “Majhool” jarh e mufassar ki hai.

Kifayatullah sahab ka yeh kehna ki “janab zafar ahmad usmani deobandi shab ne ek usool pesh karte hue likhte hai:”Mutaqaddim ki tauseeq ke hote hue mutakhireen ki jarh ka koi aitbaar nahi”[fawaid fi uloom ul hadees pg 399]”

Jawab:- Kifayatullah sahab ka yeh usool pesh karna hi bekaar hai.kyuki Kifayatullah sahab ke usool ke mutabiq Qabeesah bin hulb ki jo tauseeq ki gayi hai woh mautbar nahi hai.jisse hum phele hi sabit kar chuke hai.toh fir kifayatullah sahab ka yh bewajah ka usool pesh karna dusrust nahi hai.

Qabeesah bin hulb par mutaqadimin ki jarh bhi mawjood hai Imam Ali ibn madni r.h aur Imam Nasai r.h.jin mutaqadimin ne Qabeesah bin hulb ki tauseeq ki hai unki tauseeq ko Aimma Rijal Imam Zahabi aur Imam ibn hajr dono ne qubool nahi kiya.

Iss puri bahes se yeh pata chalta hai ki Qabeesah bin hulb Hafiz ibn hajr ke nazdeek naa hi siqah hai naa hasan darje ke rawi hai.Hafiz ibn hajr r.h ki jarh unpar sabit hai aur usse qubul kiya jaayega.
