Imam ibn hibban ki jarh ka tehqiqi jaiza

Zubair ali zai sahahb noorulaynain ke page 131 par imam ibn hibban ki jarh naqal karte hai “yeh riwayat haqeeqat mein sabse zyada zaef hai kyuki iski illate jo isse batil qarar deti hai” (Talkhis ul habeer j1/pg222.al badr al munie j3/pg494)

Jawab:- imam ibn hibban ki jarh ke alfaaz se pata chal raha hai ki unhone is hadees ko zaef kaha hai aur zaef hone ki wajah batayi ki hadees mein bahot si illate hai jo isse batil karar deti hai.

Imam ibn hibban ne yeh toh kaha ki isme bahot si illate matalb khaamiya hai lekin woh illate kaunsi hai yeh nahi bataya.isliye hum yeh kehte hai ki imam ibn hibban ki jarh gair mufassar hai yaani jarh mubham hai.muhaddsin ke nazdeek jarh mubham qabil e qubul nahi hoti hai.

Khud gair mualiddin ke nazdeek bhi jarh gair mufassar qabil e qubul nahi hai.

Tafseel ke liye dekhe gair muqalid alim mohammad gondalvi ki kitab “khairul qalam” page no 44,143

Aur tafseel ke liye dekhiye zubair ali zai sahib ki kitab”qayam e ramzan ka tehqiqiq jaiza page no 43”.

Toh isse pata chala ki imam ibn hibban ki jarh hamari hades par batil aur mardood hai naa ki hamari hades.

Agar koi kahein ki illate woh hi hai jo degar muhaddsin ne bayan ki hai toh humne unke jawab phele hi de chuke hai.agar koi nayi illate hai tohb hawale ke saath batayi jaaye hum inshallah uska jawab denge.
