Tark Rafulyadain ki hadees par Zubair ali Zai ke Aitraaz ka jawab (Imam Nawawi R.H)

Imam nawawi ki jarh ka tehqiqi jaiza

Zubair ali zai noorulaynain pg 133 par imam nawwi se aitraaz naql karta hai

Imam nawawi kehte hai is hadees ke zaef hone par ittefaq hai( khulasatul ahkaam j1 pg 354)

Jawab:- imam nawawi ka dawaa ki “ittefaq hai is hadees ke zaef hone mein” yeh galat hai.

Muhadissin ne is hadees ki taseeh ki hai jaise

  1. imam tirmizi(jami tirmizi hades no 257)
  2. imam darqutni(ilal darqutni j5/pg172 raqam 804)
  3. imam ibn hazm(Al muhalla)
  4. imam ibn qattan al fasi(al bayan al wahm al ehaam j3 pg367)
  5. imam ahmad bin hanbal siwaye lafz summa laa yauud ke is hadees ke sahih maante thai.(kitab ilal marifat al rijaal raqam 714,masail imam ahmad ba riwayat Abdullah j1 pg 240)
  6. Imam tusi (mustakhraj tusi al jami tirmizi j2 pg 103)

Jin muhaddisin ne is hadees par aitraaz bhi kiya hai toh sirf lafz “Summa laa yauud” par kaha hai aur humne imam ahmad ki jarh ke jawab mein yeh sabit kiya ki yeh lafz bhi sahih hai.

Toh imam nawawi ka kehna ki ittefaq hai is hadees ko zaef kehne mein yeh batil aur mardood baat hai.
