spots

She pretends She likes
expertise, self-help creams,
MBAs and PhDs and
general imposters

She pretends She doesn’t
fall for ‘the loudest
voices in the room’

But that is just a front,
false modesty, nod
nod wink wink

Don’t fall for it if
you want your little
ditty to last longer
than a minute on
The Algorithm’s
Assembly line

Speak quietly and
you will die
quietly

in Nobel Anonymity

And the only applause
you will hear will be
the one in your sad
imagination —
