There’s nothing wrong with AI.

OK, so there is when you consider its impact on the job market, creativity, free thought, copyright infringement, plagiarism, the ability to problem solve, and general laziness.

Plus the potential that all the money being poured into AI could (and probably will) cause a monumental market crash that will make 2008 look like it never happened.

But apart from those, AI is useful.

Especially in writing.

It’s useful for research. It’s useful for titles and subheadings, images and diagrams. Your online AI-powered grammar checker is useful. You can even ask it to rewrite passages if you want to.

Personally, I don’t go this far as I think what I write is what I write. If I start asking AI to rewrite, I must ask myself the question, “What am I doing this for?

However, if you do this, that’s not my concern. Neither is getting AI to write an entire piece for you. If you want to do that, that’s not my problem either.

JUST don’t send it to me at Pitfall when I’ve told you time and time again, DON'T SEND ME AI STUFF!
