TechArt is a specialist in modifying Porsche. The company has specialized so much in upgrading serial models from Stuttgart that it is able to create even more extreme versions from the already top varieties, e.g. 911. This was the case with the 911 GT2 RS, where the tuner managed to drop below 2.8 seconds in a sprint to hundreds, and the overall performance of the cars was a level higher than in the serial GT2 RS. However, this was the 991.2 generation, i.e. the past, because the new 992 generation has settled on the market for good. On this occasion, the new 911 also went to the TechArt workshop and it was created.

Let’s start with visual changes, because they are quite characteristic. The most striking element is the large, fixed rear wing, which completes the new diffuser. This, in turn, is minimalist, if we look at the large “board” located on the tailgate. However, this is not just an ordinary spoiler, but a construction made of transparent material called Makrolon contains elements of glass and polycarbonate. Sounds better? I don’t know that, but if you tell the story of the creation of this spoiler to your colleagues who have other 911, they will probably listen with admiration.

Further, a new splitter was used, which connects to the side cover of the bumper and composes with the addition to the side sills. The mask is made of carbon fiber, and the whole car contains many elements in gold and black. The rims are available in 20 inches for the front and 21 inches for the rear, and their appearance refers to the 996 version, as similar wheel designs were available in this 911 generation. They are available in dark gold as standard. There could not be a lowered suspension, and here the difference is significant, as much as 30 mm (3 cm lower than in the series, which is still low) and a sports exhaust with adjustable flaps.

The interior is very similar to that of Techent’s Cayenne and offers high-quality leather and fabric upholstery. Carbon pads have been added to the inside of the thresholds and a few elements only characteristic for the 911 model. The steering wheel has been redone brown and black and the Porsche logo replaced with the TechArt logo.

The power in this case is key, because we are talking about the Carrera 4S version, which is currently the strongest version, but the matter of time is how we will see Turbo and Turbo S. Carrera 4S has 450 km as standard, but TechArt modified the car to 503 hp and 610 Nm. However, it is more interesting to use this power, because when riding in a normal fish we have serial power. Only after entering the Sport and Sport Plus mode we get full power. This is quite a solution unexpected for TechArt, but it improves the comfort of using the car on a daily basis and thus Carrera 4S remains a good car for daily.
