My mind is a camera trying to take pictures from a car on a bumpy road

After 148 days of All-Day Breakfast, I am slipping. The stress of the daily grind and unforeseen events has taken its toll on my most precious resource—SLEEP.
Without sleep, my mind is a camera trying to take pictures from a car on a bumpy road. The necessary elements just don’t stay in focus. My wit is like the flashlight you smack with your hand because the light keeps dimming.
Between work and life and dealing with insurance, I haven’t been getting enough rest. One solution is to have even less time by starting up my exercise routine again. This is probably the best solution, but also the hardest to convince myself of. I don’t want to sacrifice my creation time, so I end of sacrificing the quality of my creation time. Sleepy brains are fuzzy brains. A sedentary body extends itself to a lazy mind. It’s time to wake the f*ck up.
