Dorrel Willis is a motivational speaker with the mind of a superhero. He has been afforded the opportunity to Motivate and Save audiences of minority background ranging from 4–20 years old.
He has been a leader majority of his life with the help of many individuals and speaking has been his passion for nearly 10 years. He delivers touching messages around Success and How To Define It On Your Own Terms, He also speaks on Planning Your Life With 6 Action Steps. He is on the verge to transform and shift audiences all across the globe not leaving any child or young adult behind.
Dorrel began as a Struggling to fit in kind of guy. He was always trying to fit in when fitting in almost led him down a path of Destruction. This changed his Mindset for the better and from that point on he has focused on his dreams and goals in helping others Achieve the same. He started reaching out to kids and volunteering at the high school level and pushed to challenge himself to try new things. From acting to working for promotions to applying and getting accepted into college. These experiences helped Dorrel equip his life with words of Courage and Wisdom from the good days and not so good days.

He will show you the true meaning of living out a purpose and being fulfilled by every word of truth. He looks to inspire, motivate, assist and help you perform at the level you seek to attain.
He has been a speaker since 2015. Giving speeches to local kids and organization about improving goals and believing in self. His passion is children as he has a lovely 5-year-old son Chase that will tell you he is the “best dad ever.”
Married since 2013, his wife Miesha and he are longtime best friends since high school and have agreed to share their lives and hearts with each other until the end of time.
He is very passionate about helping anyone attain their goals and get around the distractions of excuses and into the land of solutions. Mr. Willis is a significant coach to his clients and has served many people over the years that he would love to assist you on your journey.
Speaking into the hearts of this generation is my passion. I have grown to love the faces and value I get from showing the youth and young professionals their potential.
